We travelled from the USA to attend a family wedding. The rooms were spacious but bathrooms could have been updated. WiFi was very poor and is a necessary requirement when you own a business and travel overseas. My most disappointing aspect was that we had gifts, sweets and clothing stolen from our room!!! My husband spoke to the manager who...

We were in Cape Town for my sons wedding and arrived a few days prior to spend time with family and friends. I booked a few rooms directly with the hotel because of the discount given to the wedding party. The US family booked via Agoda for the same type of chalet, which slept four, and their room rate was...

Completely disappointed. They charge you for things that you have no warning about and are extremely rude when being questioned about it. Would not recommend it at all. We had a wedding ceremony there and booked more than 10 of their rooms. They have no idea how to treat their customers.

The hotel seems to really need an update in bathroom, services (wifi, room service, in-room dining, pool) since a beach hotel needs to answer minimum amenities in this field - no beach towels available, no or only intermittent availability of wifi in the room.. the hotel lobby seems to be the place to do your connectivity work... after 10:00pm the...

Our room was spacious, clean and well serviced, linen and towels changed daily. It was well furnished, however furniture was a bit dated. We had a ocean view hotel room with clear views of table mountain overlooking the cabanas. We chose this hotel because we prefer to stay out of town, it is a 30 minute taxi journey into the...

We stayed two nights, travelling with our two children (4 and 2 years old). The location is fantastic, right on the beach. Our son loved playing in the sand dunes whilst we enjoyed watching the Kite Surfers and the view of Table Mountain in the distance. This alone made us want to return towards the end of our trip. The...

Just 15 min from the CBD; great location overlooking table mountain and robben island; quiet beaches and just awesome. The rooms are good and the cabanas are great. We loved it!!! Very good for people doing self drives; safe parking and lots of restaurants near by.
