I was in Rondebosch to visit my son who is on a study abroad program at the University of Cape Town. The Roodenburg House is a very clean and comfortable property in a very peaceful and safe-feeling neighborhood and is a short 10 minute walk from my son's residence for his program. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the...

Warm and friendly staff, comodious bedroom and bathroom with lots of packing space. Wifi works well. Ideal as base while exploring Cape Town and environs. Close to shopping malls and easy to get on the main arteries in and out of town, including to the airport.

Breakfast time should be earlier in the morning - 7am is too late - most people need to be on the road by 7am in the morning and to leave without breakfast is not good & disappointing because you have paid for it.
