We stayed at the Heritage Lodge for two nights and loved it. Vicky was so generous and went out of our way to ensure that we had a great experience. When our plans fell through for one of our tour bookings, she personally took it upon herself to help us find alternative arrangements and saved the day. We are very...

I really wanted to love this place but hate to say I won't be going back and would not recommend it to others. The cabins are very basic and in need of some serious renovating. I did not like having the bar Fridge (and a very small one at that) in the bathroom under the sink and in the same...

We were here 4 nights, which we enjoyed very much. Very nice rooms with shutters which make you able to look directly in the jungle! Good daily cleaning and lovely staff The accommodation is placed in the middle of the rainforest and even has its own private swimming creek/ hole, which is lovely to cool down. I had dreamed of sleeping in the middle of the rainforest, so when I came across this accommodation, it seemed fantastic. The arrival was a tad bumpy as the road is unsealed, it's not too long, but long enough to damage a hire car, so take it slow. The welcome was warm, and our key was handed over in a...

We stopped off for lunch last Sunday and had a fantastic feed; generous portions, wonderful, attentive, and genuine service and beautiful food. everything we had was perfect - Chicken Laska soup, hot cob, prawn curry and an enormous strawberry ice cream within a chocolate leaf, dressed with fresh strawberries. Plus, a very reasonable bill! We're coming back! Thanks :)

We got married here on Aug 27th. We had quite a few places to choose from but had stayed at the Heritage previously and knew it was the perfect place. We weren't disappointed, it was magic. Venue amazing, food and accommodation fantastic and hard to beat those fairy lights! Big thanks to Vicki, Al, Anthony and co for their amazing...

We stayed only for 1 night at the tail end of a week in North Queensland. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Arrival was very friendly. Room was good for purpose. Kids loved swimming in the creek. Dinner was a treat with unexpected good food and service. Add a bit of bacon and eggs for breakfast and 5 stars all the way!...

Went to the lodge for a mate's wedding, what a perfect location! The facilities are spot on, just what you'd want staying in the rainforest and there are beautiful walks through the bush. Vicki & Al are awesome hosts as well.
