Situated on the Northeast coast of Sri Lanka, Oceanfront Condominiums Nilaveli is the very first luxury beachfront serviced apartment development consisting of two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, each with magnificent views of the Indian ocean.
Check-in at the front office to receive your keys, and make your way to your apartment in one of the six clusters. Enjoy the privacy and comfort of our large apartments, ideal for individuals, couples or families looking for a short holiday or a long-term stay. All bedrooms and living areas are air conditioned and furnished to make your stay pleasant.
Each apartment has a spacious and private living room with a 6-person dining table. Shop at the nearby grocery store and prepare a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen which includes a cooker, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, refrigerator and filtered water dispenser.
If cooking isn't your thing, then the Breeze cafe is open between 7am and 9pm, and serves an la carte menu including the fresh catch of the day or a selection on buffet during peak tourist seasons. Grab a wood fired pizza during happy hour between 3-5pm.
Take a dip in the pool or make your way past the lush green coconuts onto the beautiful golden Nilaveli beach.Our fitness center is open between 7am and 9pm, with undoubtedly the best view you can ask for while exercising.
We offer a set of of towels, toiletries, pool towels and bed linen, with complimentary replacements every 3 days along with housekeeping. Should you need any extra items or additional cleaning, they can be purchased at the front office.
We also arrange tours to Pigeon island by boat and other offshore activities (scuba diving, whale watching and snorkeling) on a special rate given only to Oceanfront Condominiums. Prior notice is required to make arrangements, subject to seasonal availability.

The location of appartement 314 is great with a stunning beautiful sea view. So much of tranquility exists. The rooms are spacious, clean, tastefully furnished. We love the food and is plentiful. Nice company and all requested facilities were supplied. We highly recommend this apartment for a long-term period of stay.
The pvt condo was so clean and right next to the beach. The view was beautiful and pool was excellent. Food we had to order from outside as it was self service condo. Bit away from town but just a 30 min drive. Great if going with children as it's safe and closed off for outsiders. Couldn't find anything wrong with the condo or the surrounding. Was so perfect.
One of the best and relaxing place that we have been so far. Apartments are equipped with all the essentials. Rooms can easily occupy 2 to 3 people. Pool was amazing. And the gym too. Staff was really friendly specially Akshana from sales and Clyde from operations. The place is very clean and neat. Perfect holiday location if you are going with a group. Definitely will be visiting again.
It was well spent holiday at the apartment... The staff were very helpful and apart was very clean and all utensils that were requested were provided . specially I shud thank team in helping me with the extending the check out time . enjoy the stay ... will be visiting again very soon Thanks akshana for your excellent service
We stayed at the ocean front condos on 12th to 14th Feb (pearl of ocen) we were suprised to see the luxurious building with close proximity to the nilaveli beach. Only downside was the people in street clothes jumping into the pool, superb cleaned spacious rooms with big windows providing full view of the nilaveli beach and the indian ocean. "The snorkeling sessions at the pigeon island were breathtaking". The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with two bathrooms, 4 balconies and a/c in every room. Great service from reservations to check out. Spacious rooms, Great staff. Responsible & vigilant Security staff in beach gate. They have a all equipped pantry as well. so we made breakfast ourselves they do have a restaurant also in case if u are lazy to cook serving superb meals It was a home away from home experience. We loved it…
