A very special place. Creative and stylish decorated, stunning views through big windows on Mt. Roland and into the lovely country. Enjoy the views out of a whirlpool, in the summertime even outside in the lovely garden with all the birds singing. Well equipped, even a well stocked kitchen! Very good point for stargazing. (on the upper floor I saw... More

Just stay here! Seriously the only complaint we have is that our stay wasn't long enough. We didn't want to leave this piece of paradise. There was plenty of room for 3 couples (although 2 of the bedrooms are considerably larger and have spas, so be prepared to 'rock-paper-scissors'). Breakfast is supplied (eggs, bacon, cereals and more) and the kitchen... More

The nicest "bed and breakfast" I've ever had the luxury of staying in. Our trip was actually in 2004 (the drop down menu wouldn't let me go back that far), so early days in it's operation. The accommodations were fabulous and the owner was extremely hospitable. I have fabulous photos and wonderful memories from the stay there.

We stayed in Eagles Nest II and from the moment we opened the door we knew we had picked a winner. It is very tranquil, well away from everything else (8km out of town) with only the birds to listen to. The views from the Nest over the large pond/dam towards Mt Roland are fantastic. You are greeted with full... More

Des was so nice and the accommodation was wonderful, loved staying there. We had Cynthia come in and cook us a meal and it was delicious and her company was fantastic. As my partner was pregnant Pauline gave here a wonderful massage. The trip was worth it and the stay was fantastic. If you ever get a chance go there.

We stayed in Eagles Nest III and from the moment we opened the front door and looked out at the magnificent view we started to unwind. So much attention to detail in everything. Our daughters loved collecting eggs each morning and we lapped up the sculpturesque outside bath and indoor spa.

Our family/extended family stayed in the 3 Nests for 10 days over the 2015 Christmas/New Year Period. Location is magical with spectacular views of Mt Roland. Devonport is about 20 minutes away and Launceston is about an hour's drive. The village of Sheffield is only 10 mins away and is a quaint country village which has a great Organic Produce... More

We stayed here with friends in November celebrating a birthday. It was so relaxing and luxurious that we're wondering when to return. The gas ran out but with a quick call to the owner late on Sunday arvo we were back in action in no time at all. We recommend booking your own personal chef, even with a late dietary... More
