Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely clean park. Owners are so friendly. Facilities were spotless and covid safe. No kitchen but we knew this before we booked. Close to shops and Dog friendly. The sites are very large with room for your car along side your van. River at the back of park

Fantastic permanent guess caravaan park. The managers were so friendly and amazing, thank you. The bathrooms were unbelievable clean. We were there for 2 nights, unpowered site next to the river. A bit of road noise but really no biggie.

We stayed at Bli Bli Caravan Village recently and due to the Corona Virus we had to decide whether or not to head back to Tassie or sit it out there, I think it was Wendy we dealt with but she was super helpful and gave us a full refund no questions asked. it was a very stressful time for us but Wendy was amazing. Thanks again.

The site that we were on was quite large and accommodated our van easily but the whole site was made from 25mm drainage gravel. Very hard on the feet and furniture. The amenities were close by , clean but some extra lighting with some renovating would be good. Good leash free dog park across the river.

A quiet well located caravan park that is dog friendly. ANd for a nice walk, there is a "dog off lead" area just a shoert stroll across the bridge. Amenities a clean & tidy - Laundry & sower/toilet block - but there isn't a communal kitchen hut for general use as there is in most caravan parks. Friendly park owners.

Worse site in the park. Building works started at 6.30am behind us. Storm water drain ran down the back. Gravel site . Can see nicer sites are available. No camp kitchen. Ammenities were clean. For $38 bucks a night you'd expect a bit more. Could see improvements are happening in the park, but should charge accordingly.

Thank you Janet for accomodating our family member in a semi-permanent scenario, you and your team were very understanding and helpful and in a way no other accommodation on the entire Sunshine Coast are. Congratulations on running a business that still accommodates situations and people in transition of accommodation and being so kind through the process.

The cabin I stayed in was clean. Bed was comfortable and pillows too. Its location entrance is shared with the petrol station and at one point I couldn't get access the driveway as there were a lot of vehicles queued for petrol. I think once the road works is completed in should help with the traffic. Very convenient to IGA, bakery, BWS etc, literally straight across the road.

Campsite with basic amenities. Long term campers are welcoming. Showers are on a timer, so make sure you don't have too many suds on you. There is a laundry facility. A couple of shops can be found across the road.
