Wonderful place to camp in tent or RV if you can get in. Tough to get reservations anytime during the summer but most Cali locals know that the best weather in California is in the early fall once school is back in.
Great grassy sites,...More
Quiet at night. A family place (even good if you're solo). Site gave me no more and no less than I needed. The restroom issues mentioned in other reviews had thankfully been resolved by the time of my visit. Good campground host who wanted you...More
Plaskett Creek is a lovely campground but we ended up cutting our stay short because of a few issues they are currently having.

Earlier is better. But I have crashed there twice with no reservations. I go with the sad I didn't know, and I have no where else to go else approach. Towards the front of the campground often they can group campers together. Or you could always just ask campers if would be ok If you camped near them. If you have good hygiene and nice personality you will be in like flynn. Salesman-ship it's whats for dinner.

"Site #12 works for larger RV's. Will handle 40 foot motorhome or 30 foot truck/trailer."
