Very beautiful hotel. Elegant room and proper room service, nice and clean , a lot of towels. Jacuzzi and big balcony. Every day fridge full off drinks. Many attractions like mexican evening. Plenty of sport exercises like water aerobic, beach volley ball, pool voley ball etc. Very nice service in all of restaurants and bars(Moses). My favourite was spice (Juan) and mercure. Amazing food and good wines. Very friendly and sociable entertainment team (Gabriel Emilio and all others). Nice and clean beach side ( cleaned every day). Really great place to spend holidays

I stayed with my fiance for 5 days/4 nights. I loved the fact that COVID protocols are followed through and through (there are sanitizing gel stations everywhere, sanitizing show mats, staff members are all wearing masks, etc). Check-in process was very fast (though, we arrived on a Tuesday, which is not a very busy day). Our room was gorgeous! We stayed at an Oceanfront room with a king-sized bed. All the amenities were present. The only amenities missing were a pair of slippers, that we ordered via the app, and they arrived pretty quick! The beach was the place we would chill out for most of our stay. There is seaweed at this time of the year (it's still very hot, which is breeding ground for seaweed), but a tractor passes every 20-30 minutes picking up the seaweed on the shore. The sea bed is a bit rocky, but it was not a problem for us, because we brought our watershoes with us, something I truly reccomend to anyone traveling to the Mayan Riviera. There are an assortment of non-motorized water sports, such as kayaking, SUP, and sailing in a catamaran, which are all included in your basic stay at this hotel. A shout to Arnold, who took us in the catamaran to open seas to do some snorkeling. Also, a shout to Tomas, the waiter in the beach area, who always provided us with water and drinks. We had lunch everyday at the Barefoot Grill by the pool. There's not a huge variety there, it's basically American fast food on-the-go. The burgers, though, were pretty delicious. The burger buns were super soft and perfect. The nachos, not so great, as they use your regular liquid American cheese, which doesn't really taste like anything. We had one inconvenience there: one day (a Friday, I think), they ran out of food before 4 p.m., and the excuse was that they didn't calculate there would be so many guests, which seemed to me weird, because most guests anywhere arrive on Thursdays or Fridays, so they should have foreseen that. And when we went to the Carnival Buffet to see what they had for lunch there, it was closed! So, we had to go to the CoCo Cafe, where they offered little sandwiches, but when the lady took out the sandwich I had ordered (supposedly, a ham and cheese sandwich), it instead had huitlacoche, and it had gone bad, so I had to content myself with an apple. We dined at the Mercure the first and last night. Great food, very delicious. A shout out to Jorge and Jesus, our waiters there. We were delighted with their service. On the second night, we ate at Capers (Italian), and it was good, but not excellent. We ordered a Diavolo pizza, but it looked and tasted like any microwave pizza you buy at any convenience store. The rest was pretty good, especially the cannoli. On our third night, we had booked places at the Spice restaurant's Teppanyaki table. A shout out to Miguel, our Tepoanyaki chef: he was very charismatic, made an excellent show, and the food was perfectly cooked and delicious. Highly recommended. The Carnival Buffet's breakfast is overall good, but lacks a bit of variety, just a bit. Very good service at the omelette station. I would have loved to see bagels and salmon, and I think the Preferred Club options include gravlax in selected restaurants, but, it's just my personal opinion that it should have more variety. The gym is very well-equipped. I woke up a bit early every morning to work out there, and you have to register first at the spa, since only 8 persons are allowed inside the gym at any given time. There is sanitizing gel, to sanitize whatever you use. We booked a couple's massage and hydrotherapy treatment at the spa. A shout to Jade, who solved a small problem we had (we had booked for an 80-min treatment, but they accidentally registered it as a 50-min treatment, and Jade helped us get the 80-min treatment for the price of the latter. The spa is gorgeous, and the treatments were very comforting. We didn't attend any of the entertainment events at night, but did get service at the bars until 11 p.m., right after dinner, and bar service was great. Check-out was pretty easy, and they let us stay and use the facilities until we boarded our airport transportation. One thing, travelers: beware. The VIP personnel tries to push you into considering buying shared time and upgrade your stay, and they're pretty aggressive with that, so, be careful. We said, "thank you, but we just wanna rest". All in all, Dreams Jade is overall good. I give it 4 stars because of the incident at the Barefoot Grill, and because of the VIP personnel trying to coerce you into getting shared time. Also, because the cleanliness in the common areas was not that good, specially the pool restroom, and the stairs on building 5. But the rest was good.

We visited Dreams Jade for our family trip, and it was incredible. I can't say enough great things about the staff. They were kind, energetic, and so helpful. I frequent Mexico a lot and this resort is one of the best! We were in preferred club and loved our rooms and the extra amenities. The bartenders in the preferred club lounge made some of the best margaritas I've ever had. We loved the preferred club pool and beach area, but found ourselves spending a lot of time at the main pool due to an incredible entertainment staff, who made it such a fun atmosphere. We especially loved playing volleyball with Saul. All of the entertainment staff were great-- Gabriel, Davina, Leo, Amara, Emilio!!! As someone who frequents all-inclusive resorts, the food is definitely important to me. We had terrific food at all restaurants, and loved the servers. We always had a smile on our face if Jose Miranda Banos or Jesus Ramos was our server. A trip is just not the same without excellent drinks. A huge shoutout to Francisco Martinez, Domingo, Carlos, Evas, Alfredo, and Angel for always making sure we had a drink in our hands. Last, but not least, I have to give a shout out to Laura at the spa who gave me an excellent massage. I was so relaxed for days to follow!

Staff not as friendly as we are used to. Restaurants close at night leaving only 2 open. Events seam to be a priority for the staff and management and when these are going on (often) service becomes very slow and the waiters become rushed and sometimes surly. Francisco at the Lobby Bar, and Erik at the Preferred Pool Bar were wonderful and opposite to the majority of the staff. The Mercure Restaurant (French) was AMAZING. David the manger, and his staff (Miguel, Jesus, Ricardo, Rolando and Jorge) know how to run a high class restaurant. The service was GREAT every time and the food was amazing. The Preferred Lounge folks were also great. Blanca, Maria and Leonor knew our names, drinks and were always ready to be helpful. They were so friendly. Blanca was especially noticeable as a person who wanted to help, and knew how to provide service. Other than those mentioned here we often had slow service, and at times the waiters even ignored you or became surly. At one lunch they had closed all the Bare Foot Grills and only the buffet was open. This was due to open at 1130 and did not open until an hour later. No accommodations were made. On another they closed all restaurants at dinner, except 2, to accommodate events. One of these open restaurants did not allow children. The wait at the other one was over an hour.

My husband and I came here for the first time with one of our couple friends who had visited here before. Let me just say, we were NOT disappointed. Everything about this place was perfect. There is a huge variety of dining and restaurant options, bar/lounge areas, on-site entertainment, a fabulous exclusive adults-only pool with swim up bar service and beach access. And all the food we tried was excellent. Additionally, this resort is not only great for couples but family friendly too. The preferred club side is where to stay if you are not bringing children, but the other side of the resort had kid friendly pools and activities. My only regret is we didn't have enough time to try the spa. We will definitely be coming back someday. I would 100% recommend this resort to anyone!
