Nice atmosphere in bar sharing with friendly owners and locals. The wood fire made it nice and warm. Load shedding dit not affect the atmosphere. Diningroom very neat. Although the hotel is a 102 yr old it is well looked after. Bedrooms not modern but clean and comfortable.

"Ask Andy he will see to your needs."
"Remember to take something warm as it can be chilly in the evenings. All the rooms have their own special character. Maybe you will be lucky enough to get a personal tour and choose your own depending on the vacancies on offer!"
"Choose a room with ensuite - it doesn't cost that much more. Noise won't be a problem because the rooms are far away from the bar, and Kestell is a very quiet town."
