Stayed for just one night, passing through on the way to York.
Very comfortable, quiet, clean and perfect for a short break.
Rooms are very spacious, with heaters, TV, hair dryer, and a very spacious bathroom.

There is no lift to the first floor. However, I believe there is an assessible room on the ground floor - that is, to the left of the entrance door. However, if you go in the summer months there are swarms of flies in the corridor on the ground floor (to the left) because the 'bins' are situated close by. This is a real problem.
