Visited: September 2016 Stayed for 2 nights with friends. Overall an excellent trip to Sakleshpur and one i would highly recommend. The homestay is located at the end of a road and hence you have the rainforests right behind you with lush green mountains. You get to experience the famous treks of Sakleshpur on the mountains. Follow the trek to...

The place can be accessed by a 4x4 road in the last stretch from Sakleshpur and has a few scattered independent cottages. The cottages are large enough and the bathroom has a sky view with plants around. Don't be surprised if you find a couple of snails in there! There is a so called waterfall in the property that is...

Rooms are not maintained. No hot water, lights in the room. Fans aren't working. Seems that no cleaning done for days. Lots of insects, lizard inside the room. No power connection in the night. Foods are also bad. No choices. They aren't able provide evening snacks during camp fire as promised. Breakfast choice is very very limited. Though the location...

we had been to this place during school december holidays for one night. the place is amazing right in the middle of the forest. the access road is bad for a few kms but that is understandable considering the remoteness. there is no mobile network in the area. the staff are friendly, helpful and the vegetarian food we had was...

I was here for 2 days (29th & 30th-Dec 2016). Very good experience.Rooms are very neat.Less crowded as the cottages are limited.I think they have 8 cottages and total capacity of 24 people. But, blessing in disguise for nature lovers and want to be less crowded. This jungle resort is vast.Food is very good. Hospitality very good.Starting from Mr Premnath Rai who...

It is rare that places closer to Bangalroe are this calm and serene, we all loved the place. In small bursts of walks you can go to a stream, waterfall, hillocks, grass plains etc. You will have to park your cars & take a 4x4 jeep to go this place. There was this friendly dog (forgot the name) who has...

This was our first outing with our (little over a year) baby so had been apprehensive all along. Loved the place instantly. Greenery all around, it looked like a picture perfect postcard. I want to specifically call out the staff and kitchen team who were extremely cordial and went to the extent of letting me use their kitchen to prepare...
