Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This has to be one of the best if not “the best” places I’ve stayed and so far I’ve only been here one night. On arrival there were candles and rose petals. We optioned dinner and breakfast the food so far has been amazing! The fridge was stocked with extras milk juice butter etc. The owner greets you at the start runs through everything and gives you a buggy ride to your retreat. We then had a fire and watched a movie and had a bath. The bath is to die for the view, the water can be as hot as you want unlike some hotels it only goes Luke warm. The fireplace comes stocked with loads of wood we had it running for the afternoon and didn’t even need to use the aircon for bed lastnight as the whole place was warm and cosy. The bed was so comfortable with amazing sheets, so I slept as well as I do at home (well better). Today we have a massage booked we are also going on a hike and to see the glow worms at night and probably watch another movie. If you need to relax this is the place to come.

We had a great time over 2 nights, private area on the property, our own pool, the apartments are beautiful! We took food with us because a single hamper didn't suit us personally and it was too expensive to buy 2 complete hampers. We were happy to use the fully functional kitchen, plus BBQ outside over looking our pool and yard. The bath was fantastic, overlooking the valley. We took Movies up from the library and enjoyed the quiet time. There was an opportunity to go check out the glow worms or go along one of the hiking tracks but we stayed in due to the slightly wet weather and I was babying a foot injury so didn't want to risk sliding down the hill! Would definitely be recommending this accommodation.

The most amazing, relaxing, romantic getaway I have ever experienced. Everything has been thought of from food delivery and popped in the fridge to picnics and thru to privacy where you can see nothing but mountains and valleys from your private pool or spa!. The staff are very helpful and lovely. The fresh water creek with the ponds and hammocks were beautiful. This place is very special and has a very strong spiritual atmosphere being so close to the mountains tops and all the wide life.

Fabulous location right in the mountain foothills and nestled into the rainforest but the villas themselves are just an architectural delight. Open plan with huge glass walls to take in the view. there are 13 villas but they are all cleverly positioned so that you don't see (or hear) anyone else. It felt incredibly private. We slept with the blinds up and woke up to beautiful sunrises each morning. Staff are friendly, unobtrusive and happy to provide helpful advice. the walks through the rainforest are tough but well worth it. Also plenty to see and do in the local area. I don't think we've ever found a more enjoyable more relaxing place to stay. Highly recommended

What more can I say than wow. Absolutely breathtaking location and the facilities here are 10/10. I am so appreciative of all the work that has gone into making this retreat what it is today. We stayed in the lamington lodge and everything about our room was incredible. The most luxurious, private escape we could have asked for our honeymoon. We definitely will come back again one day.

What a lovely place as soon as you drive in the stress of life fades away, we stayed for a couple of nights in glass terrace bungalow we also added to our stay pre made meals which we found over priced for the the small portion given, we also found that the bungee was not cleaned properly which was disappointing.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights on the way home from our wedding. Our stay was nothing short of amazing!! From the drive in we were blown away, the tranquil ambiance of the property was amazing! We literally didn’t see another guest during our stay and this added to peaceful private feeling of the place. We stayed in the Pandorea Glass Terrace Bungalow. It was so good that it had its own private parking, it made it so easy with luggage. The Bungalow was spotlessly clean and spacious and definitely had a luxury feel. The small extras really stood out to us, like the candle to take home, the slippers and robes, the tea light candles everywhere, the complementary chocolates, bottle of wine and welcome card upon arrival all contributed to the 5 star feel. The outdoor shower, the spa and double fire place we’re highlights while all of the glass windows made us feel like we were in the rainforest!! We ordered food hampers and would highly recommend everyone do this, there was so much food! The dinner hampers come with instructions on how to reheat or cook which we followed to a T and turned out perfectly, the Spanish lamb and the Seafood upgrade were both delicious! We did all of the walks on the property during our stay, we do a lot of walking. These were beautiful and so tranquil. I particularly loved the walk that went around the creek, it’s like fairyland! The lookout walk had a lot of steps anyone doing this walk definitely take a walking pole (which is provided) as it definitely helped on the way back down and probably is not for the fainthearted. After the walks we swam in creek which was refreshing and revitalising!! Using Hammocks over the creek was so tranquil and meditative and my favourite part of the stay! Definitely a little slice of Heaven 💙

We came for our honeymoon and we couldn’t had been happier . The meals were flavourful and cooked to perfection. We did 3/4 bush walks and enjoyed our afternoons by the fire watching movies. The staff were exceptional, they offered the full service but also provided us with the perfect level of privacy and respect. I am so happy we booked here and will definitely be returning. Little tip - pack comfortable walking clothes and prepare to get a little dirty. Some of the tracks can be challenging but are very achievable for even a casual bush Walker. Also remember to pack snacks!
