We were sailing out of Gåshaga but needed a hotel room at short notice when my wife broke her foot and couldn't stay on the boat. The owners and staff were very kind and the service was fantastic, with Gary even greeting us personally when we arrived from the hospital at 1am. They really looked after my wife and were...

What a beautiful hotel and restaurant just 30 min by a great ferry ride outside the heart of Stockholm. The design of the rooms and restaurant is very appealing and elegant, we just loved it! We had lunch, dinner and breakfast and we enjoyed every meal due to the excellent food and the exceptionally friendly and warm staff. The owners...

Nice room. Great atmosphere. Easy to get to by public transportation. If going by car you must have a GPS and time. New owner is a bartender wannabe. Don't have a clue about how to do the classics properly but very serviceminded. Restaurant below expectations. Some dishes quite good but a few disasters makes you wonder if the chef or...

A beautiful hotel on the waterside and near to the marina. The rooms are a good size and stylishly decorated with a nautical theme - with comfortable beds, quality linen and nice bathrooms giving an overall feeling of comfort and luxury. Downstairs there is a "livingroom" again stylishly decorated with comfy sofas, and with freely available coffee, cakes and drinks...

The rooms away for the tram tracks are large and have a lovely view of the water. Make sure you know what side of the hotel you are getting as that will make a difference in how nice the room surroundings will be. The bathroom was one of the largest I have ever encountered in a hotel. The hotel is...

This hotel is ideal for travelers not wanting to stay downtown in the city and looking for a tranquilly and relaxed atmosphere with love for the "little details." A 10 minute bus drive and 5 minute walks brings you to a wonderful place at the water. Very friendly and helpful staff, all rooms are in a typical swedish style and...

This hotel is in a beautiful location along the harbor on the eastern end of the island of Lidingo with views out into the Stockholm archipelago. The rooms are spacious and furnished in a nautical decor: white and blue and light woods with private balconies. But the hotel maintenance was appalling: no lights in the elevator (make sure to find...

Gåshaga Hotel & Restaurang the real name. I have been here a few times only for food. I can recommend going for a Sunday Lunch/Brunch. Great selection of food, eat as much as you like as it'll all a fixed price. You can chill out by the log fire and watch the boats sail past through the massive glass windows....
