Using the word beautiful is a "Devasom". Khao Lak, Phang Nga Province, will dazzle us from the moment we walk. Check in. Hotel interior architecture design. perfectly Mixed with Thainess with modern Everywhere you look, you see. Very easy on the eyes, decorated with a cream color mood and tone. Contrasting with the green of the trees make it luxurious Very importantly, there are many photo corners here, from Lobby to bedroom Every corner is extremely beautiful.

Wow what can I say, just the most amazing hotel I have stayed in. Staff friendly, good choice for breakfast, rooms large and very clean. We did have a meal in the pool restaurant one night which was a little disappointing and not great value for money, but other than that we really couldn't fault it. There are some lovely beach bars/restaurants near by, which we frequently enjoyed. I would definitely go back if we come back to Khaolak and would highly recommend to friends and family

Just wow! We stayed here last week and it is quite simply the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. It’s pure high end luxury with a chilled vibe sitting on the beach facing amazing sun sets. On arrival it just oozes quality with a very friendly and efficient check in. Our room was perfect with a superbly comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with high end shower and a nice balcony facing the sea. The two pools are fantastic with a lovely poolside bar and restaurant which offer day time cocktail offers. There was no early morning fight to grab sun loungers. And we used the well equipped gym too. The breakfast is amazing with plenty of choice. And the quality of the restaurant food was amazing too. There are a few restaurants 5 mins up the beach and we recommend Be Bean which is cheap but very good quality food. Khao Lak town is a short 10 min taxi journey and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and market stalls. We also booked three excursions from the hotel : Hames Bond Island, Elephant Safari and Similan Islands. All brilliantly organised and sensibly priced. But this resort is about the staff. They are all very nice, professional, chatty and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Ivy (deputy manager), Ed (reception and chaperone to James Bond island), Max (Mr Experience), Bow (excursions) and Minnie (poolside bar) who all made our staff perfect. None of wanted to come back home and we’re already talking about coming back in early 2025. And amazing hotel and staff who helped us fall in love with Thailand and it’s amazing people…

If you are looking for an exotic, picture perfect location/resort, look no further! Spacious, calm, fabulous food and the most personable and attentive staff you could find anywhere. Many activities if you want or just stay by the wonderful pool and luxuriate. A very easy place to indulge yourself…enjoy.

I'm not a serial reviewer. Both my partner & I worked in travel pre covid, and don't often feel the need to review. We travelled to the Devasom Khao Lak for our second overseas holiday post Covid. We have both experienced many amazing places, both together and individually through our work. The Devasom Khao Lak was somewhere we recommend anyone looking for a 5* experience without the crowds, while enjoying exceptional service, exceptional food and an amazing resort all round. From the GM down, every staff member delivered amazing service. The food was outstanding and the buffet breakfast one of the best. We highly recommend a visit.

My recent experience at Devasom Khao Lak was truly special. Located right between a quiet lagoon and a stunning beach, this place, just over an hour's trip from Phuket airport, feels like a different world. Waking up in my beachfront villa and enjoying the pool was blissful. The spa was the perfect place to relax, and the Thai hospitality was incredibly warm and inviting. Each meal at Takola and Beach Grill was a pleasure, making my stay memorable. The entire property is just beautiful, I’m in love with the style and natural shades. I can't wait to be back! 😍

Seating in the transfert back to Phuket airport, but I really wanted to stay, after our 5 days here that were the last part of our honeymoon. The hotel seems to have been built to depict an old Siam/south-Asian traditional palace, and is located right by the beach (guaranteed beautiful sunsets), but slightly away from the khao lak center so it is surrounded by forests on both sides which gives it a lot of privacy; side by side with a small river getting straight into the sea. We had booked a normal deluxe room, but as we came straight from the antanara koh yoi yai where our room was 91 sqm,we asked if we could upgrade us to a larger room, and Bow, the young lady who checked us in at the front desk, was really helpful to figure out something, show us alternatives so we decided to took one of the room with a jacuzzi on the terrassa (327) that was at the end of its building and with a lovely view on both the river and the ocean (I could also recommend room 337, just above our). The room with the plunging room pool was tempting but the living room is too separated from the bedroom for our taste. But they are also closer to the sea. As the hotel has 69 rooms it is still a “normal side” so you won’t feel like you are staying in a factory or TUI resorts. So all in, it s a great hotel with a nice location. But what makes the difference it s its teams, they are its souls . They are really dedicated to your comfort and make sure that you will have a great stay. From the activities that they regularly organize (muay-thai initiations, mindfulness sessions, yoga, Himalayan bowls healing, cycle trips…) or the events that they can organize (dinners on the beach, sunset picnic…) they make sure that you will have a memorable stay. I could train Thai-boxning twice, with Big, who was a fun and great coach. When it comes to the food part, we got a little bit perplexe by the Thai restaurant which is in the main building, we were a little bit confused by the flavors that almost felt Indian, so we only had one dinner there. On the other hand, the restaurant by the pool was excellent, great execution, and nice flavors, both their scalops dishes were really good, especially the starter one, as its agrumes touch made it refreshing. We also join the special event on Saturday, the BBQ night, and that was a good orgy of grilled seafood, angus, wagyu, fresh sashimi, and excellent patisseries. Compared to the restaurants at the anantara, or other resorts, this one was really really nice! They have a great team in the kitchen. The breakfast is also really good, with a good balance between Thai food and European alternatives. We will indeed steal their idea of the coconut crème fraîche for pancakes, waffles and pain perdu. It was terrific. Pom, worked almost everyday at the breakfast so her happiness and laugh were our morning sunshine! Max, also demonstrated a great attention to ensure that we would have a great stay. When we told them that we would have an early bird day tour to the Similan island and that our pickup was a 5:15, they even fixed a breakfast box. And we have a special thank you to Tommy, she was really the cherry on the cake, and extremely professional, dedicated, fun & kind. She has really contributed for our experience to be memorable. And for your transfert, just use their transfert service, we used a regular taxi on our way to the hotel as we came from the other coast, but it will only cost you 200 baths more than a cab and it is extremely confortable. We also had an eye on their villas and their 2 penthouse suites on the rooftop, so it might be for our next visit. Book also directly via their webpage, you will get the best deal, and in addition they have different complémentarité (a daily cocktails, discounts on food/beverage and spa, or even daily vouchers for the spa. So this hotel has definitely grew up in our hearts during our stay: it s a great alternative in khao lak with Ana amazing team! Thanks a lot ♥️…

Me and my family had an amazing time at Devasom Khaolak. We booked a room with jacuzzi. The view from our room is amazing. The service here is top notches. We have never experienced the sunset as beautiful as this before. When then sun down, everything turn in to gold. It was amazing and breathtaking for a moment. The food is amazingly delicious as well. We tried the Kanom Jean Nam Ya Pla and a lot of local sountern thai dishes. So good!! Im impressed. Afternoon tea was in the library, a very unique style they have. Khun Kawee Resort Manager are so welcoming as well. We all were overwhelmed. Nong Prime the trainee, Khun Mew was really helpful and friendly. We tried the spa, it was really relaxing and professional. Even though it was raining almost of the time but we enjoyed every bit of our stay there. This trip worth every penny, i confirmed. Still felt so lucky at we could catch the beautiful sunset over there. Thank you for making us feel like home. I well recommend this place and definitely will return again in the future.…
