Just spent 3 nights in the Hillcrest Bed and Breakfast. Doreen was a very friendly, welcoming hostess. The room we were in was comfortable, bright and airy with French doors leading in to a lovely, sunny garden. The breakfast couldn't be faulted with lots to choose from-both hot and cold options. If you're in the area, give it a try.

We discovered this B&B, which was walking-distance to a wedding party we attended at a private home nearby. After a wonderful day of revelling, it was a real treat to put our heads down on the clean and peaceful beds at Hillcrest. The breakfast was perfectly filling - and excellent coffee! Thank you, Doreen, for having us in your marvellous... More

I stayed at the Hillcrest for just one night and what a pleasure it was. Doreen is the perfect host and I was made very welcome. The room ( a double that I had to myself ) was spotlessly clean , the shower was powerfull with lots of lovely hot water and the bed extremely comfortable with a soft mattress.... More

We recently stayed at Hillcrest as we were attending a wedding at the British Legion Hall in Radcliffe. We actually stayed for 2 nights so that we could also explore the local area. Our room, which had an en-suite, was clean, tidy and had tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was an immense and high quality selection of cereals, fruits,... More

My brother and I and our partners stayed here for the weekend as we were competing in the Outlaw Triathlon. It was very clean and comfortable and Doreen was very nice and accommodating to our odd needs (i.e. getting up at 4am and using the kitchen on race day). Great breakfast - can also recommend the nearby Manvers Arms for... More
