We stayed here for 2 nights and were allocated room 8, which was large, clean, nicely furnished, lots of storage space, coffee making, fridge , large good quality and comfortable bed - even an umbrella was supplied. An enormous wet room, with large shower area and electronic shower controls which allowed me to get the shower to the right temperature without...

I and my partner went to the restaurant to have a meal for our 5 year anniversary. We visited the place for the first time. For a start when I asked for a bottle of mineral water I have been given water in a glass with lemon and ice incide. I never asked for lemon or ice but I was...

The food was excellent as always but they must have changed their wine supplier in the last year. The wine used to be excellent like the food but in last two weeks have tried 3 different wines with meals and they were poor.

Late lunch for two today - we loved it. Steak and blue cheese and port sauce with chips and chicken supreme - big tasty lovely portions. Delicious big dinners - plus you get a mint at the end with the coffee - no where gives you a mint with your coffee anymore. Have decided to come back when we have...

I found this hotel on Booking.com as I had to be in Norwich early for a meeting the following morning and this was only a few miles from the centre of the city. The car park is huge so parking was not an issue. I was met at reception with a smile and a warm welcome which was typical of...

Wonderful place just twenty minutes from Norwich, which was ideal as we'd travelled down from Birmingham to do the Tour de Broads. We were able to lock our bikes up in a secure shed which was brilliant. And the staff were attentive and looked after us during our stay. Food was exceptional in the restaurant, well worth the hype, especially...

Popped along for a quick meal this week. Staff are generally very helpful and fun. The food varies, depending on who is in the kitchen. Specials always different each day. Tasty food and reasonable value for money.

Staff welcoming and very friendly. Food excellent and didn't have to wait too long. Was asked several times if everything was ok. Even our dogs were made welcome. Would definitely go again. I had chicken, new potatoes and ratatouille. My husband had steak. The brownie, cherries and honeycomb ice cream was amazing!

Could not believe the standard of the accommodation. Safe to say this is the best accommodation we have stayed in in the uk. Top notch. Bathroom products great. Electric shower with touch controls was a dream. Full free view, rather than the watered down version you get in some places. Breakfast fantastic. As much juice etc you could want and...
