Couple passionate about cycling , for several years we frequent this club for the exceptional "biking" performance. Chris the manager has surrounded himself with the best instructors for their skills their commitment and good humor. He himself does not hesitate to wet the jersey to encourage you by driving by your side.A vehicle accompanies you to carry your things and follows you as if you were Leader. Mountain biking , the playground is huge and the instructors will take you to the end of the station always favoring safety. If you do not have a bike we will loan you one perfectly adapted to the terrain of the resort.
My daughter and her boyfriend preferred long hikes and to see their mines cheered up, the service seems just as exceptional.
Otherwise, if you are loyal to the club you will find here everything that makes the DNA of the club. Only one regret, the soaring Awards especially for this winter.

I went to the teen club and loved the stay. The G.O Lucka, Soline and Ernest were amazing, they made us do a lot of Things to do, they were there for us and always in a good mood. Soso was always smiling and radiant on stage. Lulu was always there for us and made us laugh a lot and Ernest was always organising Things to do and always smiling. Pauline the bartender made us very good cocktails and always smiled, she was the best at the bar.
And Clementine who served us desserts was a ray of sunshine, she was always there to advise us desserts to our liking etc.
Desserts were always varied.
Thank you all for a wonderful week!!!!

You see a lot of posts about summer 2023 stays with negative comments and you wonder if the club people who organize and decide receive these comments and do something with them other than post generic answers knowing that Awards are still rising in 2024. I also find suspicious the number of recent comments giving 5 stars out of everything with profiles that have only one historical post while on site all GM were super disappointed.
Here is my testimony for those who hesitate for 2024:
Let's start with the positives:
-the club and the setting are very beautiful. The view from the terrace is superb
- The rooms are well decorated and spacious. The bathrooms are fine.
- Mini club Things to do are top included mountain bike downhill courses for kids.
The show of the little ones was great with beautiful costumes.
The food was good overall.
-The hikes were very beautiful
But a few points were really catastrophic and mind-blowing for a holiday at this Award:
- The world: last minute promotions -30% for some customers and discount on this club because others closed this last week of August. The club was understaffed and had to “manage” these people sent by management. It feels like you're in line (20-25 minutes at the bar some nights! ), No more seats for the show 15 minutes before the start. Go to the restaurant. Line up at activity reservations. No more sunbeds at the pool.
The village chief null and void (never at the restaurant) except to climb on the bar after 10pm. Hugo was going to prelagio, so stay away from this club if you can.
- Heat management: We found ourselves on a week with strong heat in yet superior room facing south but the building that is recent is not designed for and does not have air conditioning. Result room at 28 degrees some evenings! (despite the curtains closed during the day) and obligation to open the window and curtains to refresh with the nuisance of the following point:
-Our room overlooked the rounded balcony behind the showroom and we were banging the big spots on the terrace that brought bright light into our room at night. the club wanted to leave the doors of the room open to refresh. Resulting in full music until 11pm or more and groups of employees squatting in the corners of the terrace to smoke and drink in noise safe from others. It's worth selling superior rooms...
Contrary to the description the children's room had no window...
- The normal mountain bike team: who even for the Newbie afternoon rides was only interested in people who knew how to ride a race bike and how to put on. Pass your turn if you hope to ride a trail bike contrary to the description of the activity on the site. The downhill mountain bike team was her top.
-Failures: yoga cancelled all week! One of two self-service coffee machines down all week. The second one dropped on the last day. No more softs at the bar the last day because the pump's leaking. No more spoon in the restaurant. We have to wait until we wash it! Pool lockers that don't close anymore.
Do the club’s decision-makers realise the Award they are asking for and the structural shortcomings that are becoming more and more present each year?

Last week August:
The positives:
The club is perfect, the pool, the rooms
Very nice setting, beautiful scenery, excellent food.
Exceptional hikes! Guides at the top thank you Alain and all the others!
Melanie at the shop very nice.
Julien the sommelier
Timely handling of our requests.
Perfect teen club.
Fast bar service.
A new village chief present and smiling.
Free parking above the club
The negatives:
Absence of the photographer, poor management of hours for photos.
Make the tiles of the rooms.
Outings by mountain bike, no possibility for a "classic" ride
Atmosphere in the evening complicated, the same for shows (nothing comparable with the other clubs).
Gm.
Very disappointed that the best evening is on Friday night!!bcp leave on Friday for traffic jams..
In the other clubs, this evening takes place in the middle of the stay to set the mood.
Show children (litters) very disappointed.. usually it is a go and gm...
Despite everything, we had a great time!
To be redone

Club Med great with a top atmosphere, under the leadership of Medhi and Marguerite (an outstanding singer...). The GO team is great, creating a real holiday climate.
The Club is superb and comfortable, conveniently located.
The restoration under David's thumb is simply exceptional, richly varied and of high quality. We feast at any time!
Things to do cycling and hiking are great, very varied, and everyone finds something to do. A big thank you to Christophe, bike manager who has plenty of good advice for road trips around. Thanks also to Tommy and Barth for all the advice in DH!!!
Willy le Corse animates the club at all times and creates a cheerful atmosphere from breakfast! It is inexhaustible and insatiable.... A real gentleman. His mood and humor are worthy of the ancestral values of the Club.
Thanks also to Andrea for all these shared moments.
We spent 2 unforgettable weeks with family.
A dream holiday!!!

I’m at the teen club and it was really the best vacation of my life I’m kind of shy with people I don’t know but the teen club GOs helped everyone to get us into the group and they succeeded Soline is super nice and understanding Ernest is super funny at the same time nice (and amazing to Mario Kart also the biggest defender of the team Winter he’s very laid back and it’s super nice finally Luka is Super Leader but there are also the bartenders they’re too nice and also very Leader BY CONTRAST the housekeepers clean well but are really mean I share a room with a friend the housekeeper came first time but we were getting ready so she left without making a fuss then she came back in the afternoon we were still in the room so they told us in a really unpleasant tone of to be clear of the room be not move turn off the TV and not talk so we left the next day we went home and the gel pot had disappeared one of the housekeepers to throw the pot without telling us (pot half full ) anyway I find them quite inappropriate but by that everything is great I recommend and hope to come back one day
THANK YOU FOR THIS WEEK ❤️
