Fabulous stay at the Swan valley retreat! We recieved such a warm welcome which was a nice start to trip. The bed is very comfortable and the room decor is modern with all the amenities you need.
A continental breakfast is provided in the room and there is a mini bar for any additional treats. We opted for the breakfast upgrade one day which was also nice.
A lovely relaxing retreat, which I would highly recommend.

We have just arrived home after a one night stay in the Merlot room at this retreat. If you need a night away from the world to relax and recharge this is the place to be. Our stay began with a couple's relaxation massage at the onsite spa. The room was beautiful and the therapists were both friendly and professional. The staff were very accomodating as our massage finished at 12:20pm, and we were able to check straight into our room instead of us waiting until the official check in time. The room was laid out with pure relaxation in mind, and attention has been paid to the little details such as cosy blankets on chairs, led lighting outside, good quality bathrobes and a comfy bed. The view from the room was also amazing and you feel a million miles away from the city. There is also a private outdoor spa, which was perfect for stargazing. This place is a piece of paradise and we will definitely be booking another stay. Thank you Swan Retreat, keep doing what you are doing as this place is one of a kind!

My goodness, the Swan Valley Retreat is a joy to behold. We stayed for a weekend in one of the two rooms. Very comfortable wooden cabins built around a fish pond, looking out into a large paddock populated with llamas and ducks.
Attached to each of the two rooms is a private spa which we took full advantage of with a bottle of bubbles. There is even a wine barrel shaped sauna that you can use (we did).
We had a couples massage that we both thoroughly enjoyed.
On our last morning the BBQ was brought down for us and we cooked up the large breakfast hamper that was provided.
Such a great relaxing weekend. We will be back.

Lovely property grounds with comfortable beds. Only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast items. Not local produce, yoplet yogurt, apple juice from Tassie and cereal from ? where in little packets and not very nice muffins. Instructions did say to heat them but still not fresh tasting. Even the chocolate for sale wasn’t local. Local produce would make such a difference Nice staff at reception and my husband enjoyed his float.

Had the most relaxing night away at Swan Valley Retreat. We stayed in the Merlot room. The room was very beautiful & the bathroom stunning! Lovely little deck overlooking the picturesque landscape. The outdoor spa was a great touch too. We opted to order in one of their dinner & breakfast platters, which were both delicious and beautifully presented. Staff were very pleasant also. Would definitely stay again!

This is quite simple - why bother driving down to Margaret River when you have wineries and this great retreat right on Perth’s doorstep. The setting is prefect, the accomodation sensational and everything you need 1 including a light brekky and a coffee machine - a morning coffee on the verandah watching the Alpaca’s is a must. We will be back - and will stay for a Spa treatment next time as they were closed due to COVID.

I booked for some massages for me and a friend. I received a call from the retreat reception within the hour before my appointment for cancelling one of the massages, so it was my friend or myself receiving just the massage. I was on my way to the place actually when they called out. I took 5 min to check with my friend and call them back. A different person from the first caller took the call and we agreed to manage a deal for both, my friend and I to enjoy the spa. Ten minutes later, I received another call cancelling fully my booking. I found the admin of this place unrespecful, unconsidered and rude. Shame, this was my last activity planned before my relocation to Queensland and rather to release my stress, it generated more.

We had booked this a couple of months earlier but were unable to take so rebooked. Staff were very obliging to help sort a new date that worked for us.
Arrived 1pm the check in was quick and efficient then off to the lovely Wine Barrel room with its own spa and sauna.
Such love has gone into creating this special room/area.
Just beautiful. Comfy bed and all the amenities you would expect from a 6 star resort room.
As my husband said it was very restive looking out over the paddocks with the dams livestock and everything country.
Beautiful tasting plate plus a gourmet breakfast in the morning.
Also managed a 90 minute massage at the spa resort which is walking distance or you had exclusive use of a golf cart.
On the higher end of price but well worth it we said.
Highly recommend

A friend and I picked the Ladies Day Package which was a half hour back massage followed by facial. The therapists were very professional and engaging. The massage was firm (and they certainly checked if it felt right for us) but just right. Then onto the facial. Going by the quiet little snores by my friend she was as relaxed as I was during our 90 minute experience. After we were treated to a platter of savoury delights and magnificent scones, jam and cream. We also opted to have some bubbles (extra cost but not expensive) plus tea and coffee and sparkling water.
Highly recommend

We spent a magical afternoon with a 2 hour spa package for 4 girls followed by time to while away the day in the lounge huts. Massages and facials were divine and the Indian Head massage was a highlight!
Afternoon tea was plentiful with our add on champagne also delightful while we watched the peaceful alpacas grazing.
Best activity in the Valley for a girls weekend.
