My God daughter and I went here for 3 nights 3 days. We were so excited to have a stay away from the city of Bangkok. I thought I had done my research well and the rooms looked lovely as did the rest of the photos. What we ended up in was little more than a shack. It was dreadful,...

I booked this hotel because of the pictures on Agoda, i read the awful reviews, and thought can it be so bad. First impressions stunning, gardens neat and the beach, beautiful, picture perfect, staff at check in were fine, off to the room, we booked a private cottage, sea view, the room was okay, old , tired, door wouldnt close...

Ao Wai is an absolutely stunning beach with soft white sand, emerald blue water and plenty of natural shade to sit and soak in this paradise. As it is a little further away from the main pier, there aren't too many people that explore this beach, and only the occasional speed boat dropping off guests can distract you from this...

This place really has potential to be so good. Its located on a wonderful empty beach, has a wonderful garden, big swimmingpool and wonderful food at the restaurant. The prob is that the room are very worned down and the staffis hortible! Often they ignore you totally if you try to ask something, (like order food) they dont speak english...

We visited this resort as a couple. To be honest after reading so many not very good reviews about the hotel we were bit skeptic booking this hotel, we were only convinced because of the good reviews about the beach in every other reviews (even on the negative ones) and it did not disappoint us at all. To get to...

Their alacarte lunch is good for the prices they charge. ( lunch for 2 would set you back less than 400thb with beers) The beach is lovely. Calm waters, soft sand, its all blue and white. I'd recommend visitng the restaurant for lunch and the beach but not staying in this hotel. Rent a motorcyle and ride here.

Excellent staff. The staff go out of their way to help you. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. This is the perfect beach if you want to get away from it all. The beach is big and clean, it is the only hotel on the beach no bars. We have been going there for 2 years and...

Samet Ville is the only one resort located on Ao Wai beach. To get there directly, better contact the hotel for their boat that run once daily. If you miss the hotel boat, getting there might be much more difficult since you have to take the normal boat to the pier and wait an hour for the minibus service. Or...

Synopsis: This hotel is not amazing and quite expensive however the beach is lovely and I had a wonderful time here that I would be happy to repeat.
