Had a lovely weekend at the Solana Hotel in picturesque Mellieha. Reception staff are extremely friendly, hotel is clean, the room was exceptionally spacious, breakfast good. Would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Malta. Hotel position is in the main road with public transport, restaurants, taxis, conveniences within reach, however the room was so quiet and peaceful. Well done...

The hotel was lovely fresh and modern. The room we stayed in was ok, bed was comfy and clean but the bathroom really needed a refit as the sinks ceramic was cracked and it didnt drain properly. The staff were so helpful and friendly especially the cleaning staff. The spa was fantastic and the staff very knowledgeable and trustworthy with...

This Hotel was everything! We had an amazing room on the 3rd floor, with a rooftop balcony, and we were close to the rooftop pool. Our room had a mini kitchen area which was well hidden (blended in well with the decor). The room was very spacious and mordern. Breakfast was nice as well, and all the staff were friendly...

I spent three nights here in March, and it was excellent. The hotel staff were consistently welcoming and helpful, and answered all my questions on check-in and during my stay. The spa staff were also fantastic even when I got the time of my massage wrong; they made space for me in a very busy schedule with no extra charge...

Just returned from first visit to this lovely hotel, & will definitely return. From the friendly reception staff, who helped change my allocated room when I wasn't happy, to the restaurant staff, housekeeping and maintenance, all are pleasant and make everyone feel welcome. The room I had was very spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The restaurant served buffet breakfast &...

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Everyone is friendly: the receptionists, the restaurant staff and the room staff. The variety and high standard of the buffet breakfast and evening meal are amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. Our purpose was to explore the coasts of the north of Malta, Gozo and Comino on foot. The hotel is well situated...

We came in mid February and found the accommodation excellent, the same can be said of staff and facilities. Perfect for short walks and Popeye village plus great bus network around whole island. Wonderful food nearby and fascinating buildings.

We stayed for a week at the Solana Hotel on half-board with a group from the UK. The hotel is very comfortable and quiet and the rooms are spacious by European standards. Service is attentive and the rooms and common areas are kept clean (we often encountered staff cleaning floors in the hallways). Wi-fi is free and solid. Breakfast is...
