Visually this hotel looks 4 star but that's where it ends. Staff in bars and restaurants quite ignorant, no eye contact never mind a smile or pleasant word, although the cleaning staff were always friendly. We paid for all inclusive and didn't expect to have to pay extra for safe, fridge, and to change pool towels. Food in the snack...

Lovely hotel, great pool area. We didn't have any issues with the hotel and thought it was good value for money. It isn't UK 4* so if this is what u are expecting, then u will be disappointed, but it is very good, much better than any 3* we've stayed in abroad. Food is good, plentiful and kept replenished regularly....

After being lucky enough to have stayed in 4* and 5* hotels around the world, I can say that this hotel unfortunately does not compare! There is a charge for the use of the safe, the wi-fi, change pool towels and the fridge in the room. there are also no tea/coffee making facilities in room. The air-conditioning is non existent,but...

Just back from a weeks break Sept. 29th. Travelled as a couple & have stayed here 4 times previously. Earlier stays were near on perfect, could never understand the negative views. Only a couple of areas that we would have agreed on which were the air con (not very efficient) & the evening entertainment (which is dire) but all the...
