The Hotel Costa Brava is situated in the famous, quiet and welcoming town of Tossa de Mar, close to the centre and to the beach. The Hotel Costa Brava offers a broad range of amenities for your holiday enjoyment: outdoor pool for adults and children, terrace, kid’s area, small heated indoor pool, fitness suite, hydrotherapy shower, Turkish bath, massage area, round-the-clock reception, lifts, currency Exchange, bar, games room, entertainment programme, TV room, air-conditioned restaurant, kid’s club with a mascot, free WiFi throughout the hotel, garage, medical service and laundry (which carries an extra charge). A lovely hotel
We had a 10 day stay at this hotel in September and enjoyed every moment of our relaxing and brilliant holiday, together with our friends. It's in a good location for the shops, beach and castle. We had the room in the back, without a great view, but the room was nice and comfortable with a big terrace, and the bathroom a good size. We were on half board and all of our meals were delocious with great food and different every day with a lot of choice (vegetables, fish, chicken, pork etc). Every staff member was friendly and professional, but we were particularly impressed by Ana (woman at restaurant, she makes grill) who was always so cheerful and kind, even though she worked hard, like the others, too. We were a little disturbed by the cleaning women, a bit noisy especially at lunchtime when we wanted to sleep. However, the room was cleaned daily. We really enjoyed our stay and I reccomend this hotel to our friends and we will definitely return again. Thank you Costa Brava Hotel.…

Late booking following Thomas Cook demise.
What a wonderful choice following the cancelation of a planned holiday with Thomas Cook to Greece. A lovely welcome and smooth check in to a lovely room on the third floor, The Hotel is clean and welcoming with a lovely pool and spar and being late in the season we felt we were on a millionair holliday with all these facilities almost to ourselves. The staff in the main were lovely and the food was excellent, The bar staff were good and the cost of drinks were very reasonable. Took advantage of the Hotel credit card which gave us a 15% reduction on drinks including wine in the dining room. All in all very satisfied and will return next year.

Yes Costa Brava is a lovely hotel very clean all the ameanities you need we had noisy neighbours but all in all was nice break staff very friendly breakfast wasn't very good but evening meal was good pleasant stay

Excellent room, service, facilities. Unbelievable fresh breakfast. Pleasant and competent workforce.
We ate one evening meal there. It contained a wide variety of dishes. I seems the meal was around 15 Euros each. Food well prepared and served displayed beautifully. Comfortable, quiet room. We stayed in 7 different places in our 15 day tour of London, Paris, Nice, Tossa de Mar and Barcelona. I would go back to Costa Brava in a heartbeat. Very pleasant chatting with Doreen, beautiful pleasant young lady. I reminded her that Doreen was the name of Dolly Parton in the movie and subsequent play ''9 TO 5.'' We had seen the play just a few days before at the Savoy in London.

Love this hotel
We have stayed at the hotel Costa Brava many times and keep coming back for several reasons : it's not too big (it's nice to stay somewhere where the staff recognise you), it's in a good location, we like the variety of food in the buffet restaurant, it has a lovely pool and the staff are very friendly and helpful!

What time are the evening meals served to if you book on a half board basis ?

I'm thinking of booking this hotel, is this hotel on the main road where the supermarket is? Many thanks
There is a small supermarket in front of the hotel and there is also a bigger near the beach after walking 4-5 minutes.

What times can children *10yrs access spa area as like to go as family and then take turns in sauna/steam rooms
As far as I know, they can go in at any time but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Do the rooms have hairdryers and ironing facilities?
Hair dryers, yes. Ironing facilities - not in the room but the hotel may be able to sort something out. I'm not sure on that one.

This hotel is changing to suneo I assume. But I want to take my little boy who will be around 11months in July. And it doesn't state cots? I'm just wondering what am I able to do? Thanks
Beach is 5-10mins walk but the beach isn't sandy it's stoney
