The hotel location is excellent in the heart of the town. It is a family owned hotel and I have always felt welcome and been warmly greeted. The rooms are very plain, but they serve their purpose for sleeping. The isolation is not the best, but so far I haven't had any problems due to that as I've only had... More

Spent a night here and it was adequate for a night's stopover. The bathroom was very disappointing with nowhere to put anything, despite being a large area. The room had three beds, no desk and little free space. Cannot think of a lot to say about this hotel, good location, in a pretty town. Reasonable breakfast.

My husband and I only stayed one night here and wish we had been able to stay longer. Our welcome by Anders was warm and friendly, our room was spacious with the added comfort of a couch, the shower was good and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was provided and was plentiful and varied. Location is good, central to... More

Centrally located and with own free parking spaces, the hotel is fine for budget conscious travellers. There is a nautical atmosphere with lots of reminders of the sea; there is not a lift so stairs have to be negotiated and the floorboards creak a bit. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is good and included in the... More

good value at £75 b&b and free on site parking. However, there are times when reception is unmanned so you can't check in! Manned from 4pm not 2pm as stated on website. Faded towels, dirty toilet pan and wall lights above headboard meaning you can't sit up in bed to read/watch tv as you bang your head on light! OK... More

Friendly staff and nice sized room. The hotel is handy for the town centre and the sea front, you can walk to everywhere. The best bit was the breakfast, it was great, nice coffee, plenty of food, cheese, meats, boiled eggs and breads. The blue cheese was the strongest, but nicest I’ve ever had!

We had no problem whatsoever with this hotel. It was clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast fine. Without being rude, I would perhaps describe this hotel as "functional". The carpet will last forever, due to its practical design, and the white painted brick walls are a tad prison like, in the nicest way. Don't be afraid to book a... More

Our rating is because of the relaxed home feeling - no luxury at all, no stylish hotel chain concept interior or service. Just simple "welcome to us" ambience. The couple running the hotel is living in the hotel building. The breakfast was simple but fresh. You have access to coffee and danish pastry all day (and night). The room was... More

They spoke good English at reception. The room was comfortable but small. A bit hot when we went in the summer. The wifi worked. Reasonable rates for Denmark. The pizza restaurant on the square outside the hotel was a complete rip-off. My prawns were still partly forzen. The service was lousy and they charged £3 for a jug of tap... More
