We have been to Hotel Cosy a few times. Always with great pleasure! Hotel Cosy is a family owned hotel, which gives it the cosy charater. I'm always surprised to see so many people at the breakfast while we are very few enjoying the gourmet like dinner. Apperently other guest go and eat elsewhere in Bouillon, which is a big...

We were quite happy with the location, the breakfast and the fact that we got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. Having said that: I don't think we've ever stayed in such a scary and poorly decorated hotelroom. Strangely enough the rest of the hotel seems to look normal, but our room had a painting of a...

We stayed at this hotel at the end of a 3 week tour along a number of small mid-upscale hotels in France and Switzerland. We had booked it has a "superior" room in a "boutique" hotel, as this is how it is marketed. At first sight upon arrival, it looked like the nice and cosy hotel you see on the...

This is a must stay hotel when you visit buillon. Being family run and owned it offers more than most hotels. We stayed in a superior room with spa bath. The restaurant is top class with a 5 course meal for dinner. Breakfast is as good as you will get anywhere in europe. Highly recommended.

Hotel Cosy is a rather special hotel offering a gourmet dinner as part of the half board. All for reasonable prices. Do not expect a streamlined minimalistic interior but rather a touch of cosiness to make you feel welcome – also two cats are part of the inventory. From Hotel Cosy there is an excellent view to the Chateau de...

The accommodations were excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly and the food was wonderful. Hotel does fine, food&Chef are superb! Book half board, absolutely worth the price. Price/quality is OK. Parking is free in the street in front of the hotel. Nice location on top of Bouillon city. You can take the outdoor stairs down the city center, easy walk, however watch out when dark and wet. If you are however looking for a...

Very good hotel that does credit to it's name. It was really cosy and we were positively surprised. The room was spatious, decorated in an antique style and had a clean bathroom. The view over Bouillon was amazing. We don't have any complaints about the room. Also the hotel itself was bigger than expected and very nicely decorated. Parking was...

Wouter runs a fine establishment in Bouillon. From the moment you walk in the door, you instantly realize why this hotel has the namesake of cosy. It truly feels like home. Warm and open is the bar area, where my family enjoyed games and refreshments amongst company visiting from other parts of Belgium. The food is also top notch. We...

Stayed overnight with a group of family in four different rooms. Those on the front of the hotel have fantasic views of the castle and river valley, and the family room is great for those with kids. The public living area and bar is comfortable, welcoming and great for starting up friendships. The prix fixe meal is superb and locally...
