No words can begin to describe how exceptionally unpleasant this hotel and its horrendous proprietor are. It is an unpleasant Belgian version of Fawlty Towers. Only go to this hotel if you are a masochist. Smelly bedrooms. Poky hotel. TVs that don't work. Appalling breakfast, cold food or reheated food from previous days. There are better hotels in Bouillon, even... More

The room was good, with en suite facilities. Breakfast was very good on both mornings of our stay. The beds were comfortable. Note the hotel closes for a half day on Wednesday the week we stayed and there are is no bar or dining on this afternoon/evening. There are several other places to eat nearby. Ideal for visiting Bouillon or... More

Stayed 1 single night - Luckily. Small room with dirty wallpaper poor bathroom and virtually no facilities. The staff were quite friendly. The cost is ridiculous for the standards of the hotel. NOT recommended.

I selected this hotel because of it's affiliation with Best Western. It has the looks of a "late thirties" place and so it is inside: in great need for a facelift. The elevator too reminded me of my childhood and that's a long time ago! The receptionist was friendly and showed us the way to our room on the second floor... More

Used as a stopover en route to our holiday. Original room was refused because someone had literally kicked the door in, which was a little disconcerting and there was no way of securing the room. A worrying and not good start. When I went to reception, the lady merely handed me another key to another room. Alternative room was a... More

This hotel is set within a beautiful location. We found it to be very clean and comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Parking is available. The only negative was that the menu did not have a vegetarian option, whereas other restaurants and bars in the area did have. Would definately recomend... More

Excellent hotel with a great location on the river! Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, great showers, fragrant body/shower gel, and attentive staff! Would recommend. The view of the castle above is amazing. Free parking is a plus and the on-sight restaurant bar is a gem!

Not a bad hotel at all, a great breakfast especially for Belgium, clean rooms and a great location with easy parking and nice staff. Well priced and very comfy. New Chef now in residence and definitely an improvement since my last stay back in 2011.

If you are visiting Belgium you must head south and visit Bouillon! Lot's of small shops, great beer and food. A visit to the Castle where they have daily Falcon and Owl shows will please all ages. We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western. We had been to Bouillon 4 years ago and stayed at a different location. The... More
