I booked one night here as I had a business meeting the following day. When I arrived at the hotel there was a barrier controlled car park with plenty of spaces and good security. Upon entering the modern hotel with a very light and airy feel to the public areas, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist and the check-in process was quick and efficient.
My room was on the second floor and had all the amenities that I could want including a Nespresso coffee machine and mineral water on tap at the end of the hallway. The linen and bath towels were really good quality as were the toiletries.
Dinner in the restaurant was really nice. I have done a separate review about this.
My request for a late checkout was met with a smile and it was no problem. I will definitely be back at this hotel as it is not only good value but a very nice place to stay.

We recently spent three nights at this hotel. There was a lot of traffic noise from outside in our Garden Room (Room 217) We were unable to have the window open at any time day or night. The air conditioning was very noisy when on during the night. Breakfast was ok but without any fresh bread available. The scrambled egg on the last morning could be better described as scrambled soup. The mineral water supplied on each floor was really nice and appreciated. The hotel had a bit of a general empty feel to it.

I was a regular guest for several months in business trips and what I can say it is just: One of the best hotels I've slept and ate in Europe. It is absolutely fantastic in terms of cleanness and comfort of the rooms. The staff is always helpful and they have a reception 24h which is really helpful if you wish to grab something to eat late in the night. Definitely the best attraction of the hotel is its restaurant. Highly recommend to try it even for a lunch if you do not plan to spend the night over any time soon.

We live near Vevey and like to go the this hotel for short breaks. I use a wheelchair, and had requested that the bed be lowered to make it easier to get into/out of. This was done, and the manager came to see us to make sure everything was OK. As usual the food was great - the menu is not extensive, but changes regularly. Breakfast has improved greatly. There is more choice, including savoury options to cater to different palates. I also noticed a choice of three different kinds of milk, including almond and lactose-free. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The waitress who served us when we had a family celebration in September recognised and came to say hello, which was nice. so glad that this hotel is so close.

Had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful hotel dedicated to Charlie Chaplin, who spent a large portion of his life in Vevey and is buried there.
The room was nice and spacious, with an excellent bed and a comfortable bathroom with a very good shower. Everything was very clean.
The breakfast was outstanding. So many different options to choose from! I especially loved the scrambled eggs, bacon and the salmon. And who can resist a bircher muesli in the morning?
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really felt very welcome during our stay. The hotel also has a large parking area, very convenient if you travel by car.
Only one remark: the hotel was situated too far from the railway station. We would have preferred a hotel at walking distance.

Staff were great, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The only reason a star was lost is because I didn’t sleep most of the night since our room was way too hot. There isn’t air conditioning, but there is a central fan system to make it more eco friendly. We got two rooms, our kids room was palatable temperature, nonetheless, the manager did compensate since our room was uncomfortable. I highly suggest staying at this place. Also, the breakfast was lovely, croissants delicious and endless coffee. Yum!

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful l! Room was really spacious and clean. Really comfortable bed with everything we needed. The train station is a 2/3 min walk from the hotel with trains every 15 mins.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a really wonderful stay. The Riviera card given by the hotel was amazing. It gives you free travel and money off on many attractions.

The hotel is special and unique. The view from our room was amazing and there were seating areas and we enjoyed our stay. Problems: breakfast isn’t the one you would expect from a 4 stars hotel. 2 items were spoiled (sour). There was no Bircher Musli which one would expect in a Swiss hotel. Selection was poor. Then, the service is also poor. Check out is at 11:00 which is bad (should always be 12). We got approval to check out at 12:30 but when the lady at the front desk wasn’t aware and argued about that, and wasn’t polite or accommodating.

Very comfortable hotel with everything you need. I stayed in a Junior Suite which was huge. Only drawback could be the relatively "open" bathroom area, but I was on my own so it didn't bother me in the slightest. Very comfortable beds and all amenities in the room. Breakfast was very good and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. I had the wild boar and it was one of the tastiest, most interesting meals I have ever had! It was like a 5* Christmas dinner! The terrace looks very nice and I'm sure it's beautiful in the summer months. This is not a central hotel, but is still convenient for exploring the area -- but if you want to just enjoy a comfortable hotel experience, then this is perfect!
