Location: Aweome to say the least. About 5 kms from the Tiger reserve gate inside the buffer area of the jungle. If you can reach Tiger reserve they can arrange for transport to resort free of charge but will be charged if from Gundlupet

Company had arranged trip to Bandipur, they booked the wind flower prakruthi, resort was inside the jungle. It was disappointing as there was no much of greenery and we did not sighted single animal near by. Stay in resort was average. Food was also average.

Remember you are staying in the middle of the jungle. In whats practically the buffer zone.. So suggest you do what every ones goes to do there. Which is Safari's at Bandipur National Park. There are two a day , though going there in July i would suggest you check to see if the park stays open. Most National parks are closed for the monsoon season. And yes.. Pleas don't go walking on your own even during the day.. I have met wild elephants barely 100 metres from the resort gates while driving out.. So it isnt safe to wander on foot. But that said the resort has enough games laid on. Chess / Pool / Table Tennis / Badminton and a lovely Swimming pool..
