This “5-star” beach resort boasts “world class” service but the reality was unfortunately very far from. The resort is set in a beautiful scenic location with direct access to the pristine Bunker Bay beach. It is a short drive from fantastic wineries in the Margaret River region and iconic coastal sights including Cape Naturaliste and Sugarloaf Rock. The facilities are...

My partner and I had planned to stay down an extra night after a wedding for a weekend away. When we initially got to the hotel we were blown away with the service. However, on arrival to our room we found it was quite out dated and there were a variety of aspects in the room that needed to be...

I stayed here for one night whilst touring. Fantastic remote location, easy short walk to the beach. The staff are very good, restaurant excellent. As you would imagine a comprehensive selection of wines available. Wish I had stayed longer.

We were not impressed by this resort which was pretty expensive but poorly maintained. There were broken lights in our room and unsightly broken lights and other electrical equipment in the gardens. The small lake in the centre of the resort was half empty and looked most unattractive - we were glad not to have paid top dollar to look...

The hotel has pleasant grounds leading to a superb beach. It caters for both families and couples. One can self cater or use the restaurant. It is close to Dunsborough shops and Caves Road which leads to many of the Margaret River wineries.

I found it very quiet here. walls of my room a thick so hear very little from outside or your neighbors. The room is large with a small kitchen area. The bathroom is bigger than some hotel rooms. A small lounge area and 2 TV's so you can sit in bed and watch TV to. Dinner in the restaurant was...

We stayed here in the lakeside villa over the long weekend and were relatively pleased with the stay. For 5 star hotel and the nightly rate it definitely doesnt stack up on an international scale though. Check in and check out were friendly, timely and professional. The room was in a great location but for $500+ per night I would...

Very expensive and doesn't meet 5 star expectations that come with this price tag. Check-in process was a disaster, over 45 minutes. Service was poor in general, security cards constantly didn't work, no Wi-Fi on first day, request for a king bed not met despite booking and requesting 3 months in advance. Rooms are tired looking and no nice outdoor...

Popped up to Bunker Bay resort from Margaret River for a night with my GF. The resort is great. Large rooms. Great facilities and service. Set in an amazingly beautiful location on Cape Naturalist. Things went a bit pear shaped at dinner however. The service was slow to get to us and I have to say the food was far...

Friendly staff, good size rooms, great location. The breakfast buffet is massive and the restaurant food is delicious! They have a large pool and gym. There's also a very convenient walkway heading straight out to the beach.
