My wife and I enjoyed 3 nights here during November and found the resort to be very comfortable and the staff to be very helpful The food was very good with a good wine list . We ate in the bistro and also the main restaurant whilst there and the service and ambience is also very good The resort is... More

Spent three nights here in a two bedroom apartment. The complex is well set out amongst a natural location although the paths are a bit steep in places. The beach and bay are like something off a picture postcard with pristine white sand and stunning blue sea. The staff, mostly trainees, were friendly and helpful enough and the casual dining... Facilities and activities are great here, lovely spa where I had a very relaxing massage, great location.. However they need an urgent review of how they clean and upkeep the rooms.. We had dust upon dust, weeds, even pulled weeds just sitting on the door step on side patio. There was a birds nest right above the balcony door which... More

Spent two nights here (Fri/Sat) in a two bedroom apartment (three guests). Loved the setting of the apartments - so much nature, woken by birds chirping etc...a welcome break from city living. And Bunker Bay (just a few minutes walk from reception past the accommodation "huts") is beautiful beyond words. Loved the accommodation, spacious, airy, well thought out. Didn't use... More

I Stayed with my wife and 2 little ones as a "weekend get away" Great service from the time you check in with carts that take you to your room and with having two little one below 2 they were even willing to come collect us every time we wanted to head up to the main area. The Pool was... More

Pullman Bunker Bay is adequate lodging and not really a resort hotel, The accommodations are clean and comfortable (although others we met mentioned mildew, we didn't experience any issues), and are actually owned by individuals, In fact, it resembles a condo-tel more than a resort hotel. Amenities were scarce - Wifi is a extra daily charge. There was no offer... More

My friend couldn't make this weekend with me, so I went solo. I would recommend this definitely as a romantic getaway! I had a river 1 bedroom suite and it was larger than my Los Angeles home. It was a amazing. Even as a solo traveler, I was never bored. It's 50 steps from the prettiest beach, the spa and... More

Property was excellent. It is in a good location and is kept in excellent condition I felt that the only thing that let it down was the quality of food on offer and that thw wine list was a bit limited for a restaurant in a renowned wine area

Overall my stay was pleasant and enjoyable, the staff themselves were very helpful and professional, those on the Desk and Restaurant. From my experience it would suggest there is a Leadership problem from the top. When paying the money for a 'purportedly' 5 star Resort, it was disappointing. The polish had gone, eg the outside light did not work, the... More
