Between ordering a meal and serving the mail is less then 5 minutes. I ordered cod, which was pre cooked and reheated. Taste very poor , more like fried meat than fish. Stuff around is is not even worth mentioning. Very pushy waiters, all working hard to increase revenue. Desert creme brullee, on the table in 2 minutes, next disaster....

Week long business trip at hotel. On the Wednesday which was opening of carnival the staff found us the mandatory scarves to wear. Hotel is clean, very pleasant to stay at and staff very accommodating. Breakfast was typical continental with fresh eggs whichever way you want them cooked except poached.

Big comfy rooms with fantastic views across the square, staff are super friendly and always happy to help. Word of warning the church bells start kinda early but didn't wake me however others were. Breakfast was a good large selection of continental meats and breads .

I've been there for business reasons, and its location is very convenient however even its staff also very helpful and friendly, not having elevator and AC usage for heating were not my thing. They had good offerings for breakfast but lately heard from my colleagues that they offerings diminished as well. Hope they keep up with their brand name because...

Stayed at this hotel for one night and was pleasantly surprised by the central location and the friendliness of the staff. We originally booked a standard double room, but when we checked in, the owner asked us if we wanted upgrade to the bridal suite instead - for the same price (because it wasn't very busy anyway). We of course...

We did not stay in the hotel, we just at at the restaurant, so this is a review of the restaurant only. We were going to eat next door because they had oysters but they also had too many people smoking on the terrace so we went off that idea and came here instead. We ordered "Shanghai mustard mussels" which...
