Stayed two nights and had a spacious room with private terrace overlooking the well maintained and lush grounds. The room and ensure were wel planned if a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was great - didn't need to eat for hours!

Stayed here for 4 nights... not a 4 Star.. possibly a 3 Star , The rooms are spacious but tired.. the bathrooms spacious but very tired.. have to do a rain dance to get wet under the shower!.. water temperature changes by itself. No complimentary water, coffee/tea making facilities, there is a mini fridge which is good. Dinner menu strangest...

If you have a choice, DO NOT book this old hotel. The bad smell is the first that meets you in the hall, secondly not a very friendly staff. Not at all helpful. The minibar contains 2 coke, 2 smal beer and 2 small bottles of water. Nothing more. The place is old in a ugly way. Lack of paint...

We have stayed in the hotel couple of days ago by travelling by car through Spain. Hotel is easy to access and have a nice outside appearance. Outdoor pool area is great and secure parking is free. Walking to the town centre will take approximately 30 minutes. And it's 5 km from new shopping centre. Inside the hotel is different...

Good size room and bathroom. Large comfortable bed. Nice view over the pool but still quiet when room door shut and air con on. A little bit out of the old town, we used the bus to go into the town for dinner and a flamenco show as recommended by the reception staff, they spoke very good English and we're...

Stayed here for 4 nights at the end of July. Particularly chosen as it was supposedly wheelchair friendly. Whilst there are ramps, they are very steep and I had to ask the staff for assistance which most were happy to do. My bathroom had a step free shower but could have done with some more grab rails and a shower...

Myself and my friend have just come back from a weeks stay at this hotel. We had a wonderful time. Nothing was too much trouble, wonderful pool, food in the restaurant was wonderful. On our last day we fancied a pizza which they made for us even though it isnt on the menu. Very comfortable room, lovely SPA and had...

Booked this hotel through trip advisor for a week at the end of March 2016. Breakfast wasn't great with standard buffet food that was luke warm. Food from the bar or restaurant wasn't that great either and would recommend going into Jerez for a much better meal at a better price. Drinks were very reasonable at the hotel. Rooms were...

We had a really lovely and comfortable stay at Hotel Jerez & Spa as part of a group track event from the UK. Our room was spacious and clean and the hotel staff were always friendly. Breakfast is quite simple and my nicest breakfast was on the morning I had it delivered to my room. I had a lovely lunch...

Good location and probably the best classic Hotel in Jerez. Parking is available, some covered. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are old fashioned but very comfortable, many looking onto a large pool area. Bathrooms large but again a bit dated, but clean and functional. Bar area is fine but could be less 1960's.... but is well stocked. Breakfast is...
