Bad internet. If you stay in this hotel for business purposes, forget internet. Terrible breakfast. Makes you wonder why it is so bad. Rooms very old. At least they could buy newer sheets and towels. Only good point I could make is that the receptionists are far above the otherwise low standards of the hotel
Perhaps this hotel really only should have four stars, as it's not outstanding, but it did everything well and our rooms were well-priced, so I've given it five stars based on value. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. For us, the air-conditioning worked well when the outside temperature was 32 degrees. The only odd thing was the decor, which reminds me of a 1970s North American hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean. Besides the reasonable price, the other two things that pushed this from four to five stars was the excellent buffet breakfast and the very helpful front desk staff. The location is good for drivers, as access is easy from the freeway and you don't have to contend with driving around or through the old town. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the old town (about 1000 to 1200 m), but it's a pleasant walk as you walk along two main streets with many small shops, with a very nice park in the middle of one of the two streets. In the evening, these two streets are packed with shoppers and people enjoying the park.…
On the description of this hotel it says all rooms have AC. I am told there is NO AC in any room of the hotel and the heat and stuffiness is unbearable and it is the end of October - so God help you in July/August! In England you could be done for the Trades Description Act! 4 star .... and NO AC!! Appalled!
An Hotel that should be a benchmark for all other mid-range Hotels. Superb value that includes breakfast, the rooms are of good size, well furnished and immaculately clean. Reception staff are thoroughly professional and helpful. Parking is offered for a very reasonable price.
It is a good hotel, with a complete breakfast and nice and clean rooms. It has also a pool. The only downside is that it is a bit far from the city historical center. It is also a bit expensive although it depends a lot on the period of the year.
