The views from the hotel were lovely and the veranda area where you could have drinks was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We had a hire car and there was plenty of room for parking. A great hotel for a short break!
We arrive in the morning and stay in the pool, dirty pool with ice water, there was everything inside the pool, worms, plastic, various items.
We have lunch there a la carte, first courses that had no taste whatsoever, porcini ravioli that inside there was a mix of vegetables and no porcini, orecchiette crudaiola with tomatoes thrown here and there without a criterion, inside the water there was also limestone.
Dinner was included in our stay, we could order a first course, a second course, a side dish and dessert, since the menu was the same as lunch we opt for a cutlet we ask for the side dishes and show us only the fries that were already present in the second, I ask for dessert and they tell me that they have none, in short, nothing.
The worst comes in the room, a smell as soon as you enter strange, a mix between perfumer and damp, in the room there was a door that joined another room, so you could hear everything, children crying, people walking upstairs, everything!!
Uncomfortable beds, the mattress had the shape of the previous customer, old bathrooms, the toilet has yellow halos inside, spa towels pierced and torn and the slippers had also been recycled.
Night comes and we fall asleep but we wake up from bathroom spiders inside the bed and from the noise in the corridors. In short nightmare night we will not return

A well managed , clean hotel (on a par with UK style Travel Inn), with english speaking, attentive staff.
Positive, an out door swimming pool on site, and the Zoo and a smallish theme park, very close, within walking distance, even with a push chair.
Positive , on the up slope of the hills, so a good panoramic view of the town and the sea.
Negative, no cooking facility on site, but a good continental breakfast. A means of transport a must, but the town is only 2 minutes drive, with several places to eat.
I found the staff very helpful and courteous. Everyone I dealt with spoke English, including the staff at breakfast and the pool attendant. We had a twin room, which was a good size & had a mini-fridge. We were attending an event in Fasano for the four days so we didn't have much time to spend in the hotel but we did go to the pools once and they were great - clean and well-maintained with a fabulous view of the Adriatic from both pools.
The hotel is extremely handy for the Zoo Safari, although we didn't have time to go there. It's not very convenient for Fasano town, being up in the hills behind the town. It is about 20 minutes' walk to the outskirts of Fasano & an hour to get to the far side of town. The first 15 minutes of the walk are along a pretty busy country road without footpaths or street lighting.
I am coeliac. I only ate at the hotel for breakfast & the gluten-free selection was very limited. Breakfast was almost entirely muffins, cakes and cereal. They had a few boiled eggs and a platter of cold ham & sliced cheese. They did have little packets of gluten-free biscuits and crackers available but I had to ask for them as they weren't out.
"Great views on the Adriatic side of the hotel. Zoo side you'll wake up to the whoops of gibbons- exotic but a wee bit early in the am!"Read full review
"Get a room on the 2nd floor for easy access to the exit so when you've decided you've had enough, your departure could be that much quicker."Read full review
"Do not stay here unless you're in a bind and simply need a place for the night, no frills."Read full review
