The hotel is well equiped, clean and the rooms very comfortable. The RER Metro station where you catch the train to Disneyland is located only 10 minutes away by walk. A Carrefour Supermarket, Bakeries and other shops are also located nearby.
I stayed for 4 nights with my teenage son, to visit Paris and Disneyland. The location is great, as it is a 10 minute walk from a RER train station that will take you to Disneyland in 5 minutes, and to Champs-Elysées in downtown Paris in 45 minutes. Rooms are small but okay, and are airconditioned which was excellent as temperature was above 40 degrees during our stay. Breakfast is very simple, and parking is free. It is not the most expensive hotel so do not expect miracles, but I would definitely go this hotel again if I were to visit Paris and Disneyland.
The hotel has a very good situation when you visit Disneyland. (10 min drive max); It is close to the highway and has a large parking lot. I give it a "very good" for its location together with the price you pay. The lady at the reception was very friendly. The room itself is pretty small but was very clean. Beds are of a good quality. Bath room is small but was clean. Breakfast was good (scrambled eggs, choices of bread, juices, cold cuts etc....) You have to take in account that this is not a hotel where you stay for 2 weeks for your main holiday. For a short stay I can advise this hotel.
Terrible, poor customer service. Manager wouldn't let us use glasses in our rooms. When we can back on the second day our room keys had been de activated and we didn't get an apology. The place reeks of hypocrisy, defiantly not sustainable or green. They use single use cups for the tea and coffee. I would say only stay here if it's your only option otherwise avoid unless you're happy staying where you're overbearing customer conversations about illegal drug use !!!
We have just returned from a 5 night stay here for my 21st. We had a good stay. We did get told we still had to pay 3 times and had to explain 3 times that we had booked through a travel agents and had paid upfront. On my birthday we were given free breakfast which was kind of them. However, I have realised I have left my purse in the hotel. I know exactly where I have left it and the hotel are claiming house keeping don’t have it! This doesn’t surprise me as it has over £100 in it! I know it’s my own fault for leaving it, it’s just a shame people don’t have the decency to return lost belongings!!!
