We initially booked only one night at this BnB since we weren't sure about our plans but after the first night in a nicely and stylish decorated room and a great breakfast with a choice of cooked dishes for every taste bud we decided to stay two more nights. Kath is such a lovely and welcoming host. She made us...

Thanks to Graham and Kath, they have made their place a home to us and not just an accommodation. Rooms are absolutely clean, good size ,equipped with the amenities you need and very cosy. I love the hearty breakfast that Kath prepares.. Both Graham and Kath ensure their guests are not neglected. Their smiles and greetings really make your day...

Fabulous guest house in a great position. We completely agree with all the good points raised by previous reviewers. Can't praise the accommodation enough and Kath and Graham are just lovely. We felt as though we had known them for years although stayed just 3 nights. It was the last accommodation we stayed in at the end of a 5...

We were made very welcome by our hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. They went the extra mile to help us with a car problem and more. The breakfasts were perfect. There was a large selection of hot breakfasts on top of the cereals, fruits etc. The premises are bright and spotlessly clean and our bed was sooo comfy. We...

Stayed at Burns Beach B&B for six nights and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The rooms and en suite facilities are modern and very clean. There is a great choice of breakfasts which are beautifully presented and the little extras make this a special place to stay. Kath and Graham are both extremely good hosts and are happy to help...

Stayed for 4 nights over Christmas with my family from the UK. Kath and Graham (new owners) were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The way the B&B is set up meant that we were not encroaching on their privacy and we were able to use all the amenities, including the spa, and not feel awkward! The location is perfect -...

Booked the Southside room from 3-8 Dec and I'm so glad I booked this establishment over some other hotels in Joondalup. Graham and Kath had taken over the establishment and the service provided by the lovely couple is simply wonderful. Essentially, the Burns Beach Bed & Breakfast is a two-storey bungalow with the lower levels reserved exclusively for guests. The...

Kath and Graham run the most comfortable B&B, and are the friendliest hosts I have ever encountered. The room was immaculate and had more facilities than I expected (own bathroom, mini fridge, iron etc.). Oh and the bed was like sleeping in a silky cloud!! I had to arrive in the wee hours of the morning and Kath and Graham...
