Our sat nav took us to the wrong car park and it was a bit confusing but once inside everything was good. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and although we couldn't get the shower to work the young girl from reception came and got it going straight away. Tea and coffee making facilities and...

The hotel works well and the staff are outstanding, Richard the manager went the extra mile helping two weary grandchildren have a "room picnic", and a receptionist made sure we could get into a nearby café for a very early breakfast, when she knew we had an early start. The hotel is clean and comfortable , we were concerned that...

I always find the Travel Lodge reasonable, this one was a little above some of the rest. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to get something to eat if you need to. Would certainly go there again if I am ever up that way.

Excellent staff, went above and beyond to ensure my short stay was both welcoming and comfortable and not only arranged a taxi for me but apologised on behalf of the firm when it was late and continually kept me informed of the change of arrival time

Very good hotel next to rail station. Excellent value and staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Right next to good pub serving food and real ales. Small co-op and takeaways a few minutes walk and Bromsgrove about a mile away.
