Let’s start with the positives:
Good value
Great bed, top linen and well equipped room
Helpful reception which allowed early checkin
Secure free parking included
Our room 106 was, as requested, quiet on an upper floor.
Shower over bath with an efficient full screen

Not so good:
Generally tired room in need of some TLC
Badly cracked vanity and damaged toilet roll holder
No satisfactory response or return call from reception or housekeeping when I discovered I left my own, easily identified, pillow in the room and twice called to enquired if it had been found so it could be picked up. This spoiled what otherwise was a great stay.

The hotel is comfortable and convenient. We chose the hotel because it was close to family, so the location was a key consideration for us. The rooms are quite spacious with room to sit and to eat. They are spotless, though, as other reviewers have said, the decor and fittings are getting quite tired. The kitchen area is rudimentary, but has everything you need to prepare a very basic meal. There appears to be a coin-operated laundry on every floor. There is a tiny pool and a gym, but we did not use either.
The foyer is impressive, but it quickly became clear that service levels are minimal. The cafe has been closed since before Covid. Reception operates only during business hours. There is no room service.
I would say it is a very good place to stay if you need to be in that area and your expectations are limited to needing a place to spend the night.

Definitely not a bad hotel experience. The carpet was stained, needs a steam clean. There was odours in the room, which would suggest that the carpet was actually dirty. The overall cleanliness was not perfect. The bathroom was a little dated. Location is good, close to train and bus. The hotel is on a busy road, but my room on the opposite side of the building, was very quiet, and had a good leafy view from the window. It was a fairly small one room studio, so, at the price paid, maybe they should consider providing a basic breakfast.

All was very Good. The management were not only punctual with my room, but, advised me by email how I could enter and receive my key. I found the room and all Crockery etc. available and clean to use. It was great to get a walk-in shower from the bath. Yes, I have some troubles getting in & out. Thank you most of all, to the person who found my wallet and handed in totally in tack to management. I don't know who you are and nor did management. However, a big kindness thanks, I would have been in real trouble. Not for money but, other particulars to keep me medically fit. So, thank you again. Overall, a pleasure short stay.

When I looked online the website said that there was a restaurant and a bar which was not true. When we arrived we waited for around 20 minutes for a receptionist to come and finally had to ring the phone number outside to get someone to come and book us in. We arrived before 5 o'clock and to our amazement the receptionist was out by the pool with one of the guests. Our room was not made up at any stage of our stay, towels were not changed, toilet paper was not replenished, no tea or coffee etc. Quite frankly it was the worst stay we have ever had from all of our world travels.

Reception coverage is poor. I had two rooms
Reserved and the reception couldn’t locate the reservation inspite of me showing confirmation emails from Nuseto. My cousin was checking in after 5 pm and it was a drama to get a key early. Microwave was falling apart - AC was very poor
Location is good. Short walk to Penant hills train station and a few restaurants.

I stayed in 232, it’s right on Pennant hills road. It’s a great room if you like road noise all night, enjoy little to no sleep. As an added bonus there’s a perfect view of the servo across the road………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

I made the bookings for 3 rooms - for myself and two friends, providing each guest’s name. I gave a credit card for confirmation of the booking, but indicated on the form I signed at check-in that I would be paying cash. On check out I was informed that all three room charges had been put on my credit card at the time we checked in, disregarding the fact that I had elected to pay cash for my room and my friends were to pay for their own rooms. I was then given a receipt for one room charge even though all three had been charged to my credit card. The attendant just shrugged it off. The counter was unattended when arrived and when wanting to check out. There was no bell on the counter so we just had to wait for the attendant to come out from the back office. The rooms were good but the offhand attitude at reception was not.

Unlike my last stay at Nesuto in May (and in the same room - 105), which was very pleasant, I was extremely disturbed by the state of the room. On opening the cupboard to put my suitcase away I was assailed by the stench of an obviously well used and unwashed blanket. I immediately put this outside the door and requested a new one. I had to leave the cupboard open for the rest of the day to get rid of the smell. The carpet was dirty, and when I went to turn on the air conditioner I noticed that the outlets were caked with dust, but in spite of the obvious health hazard had to use it because windows are wired shut. On the positive side my encounters with staff were always polite and positive, and any request that could be dealt with was promptly attended to.

The location of Nesuto is really good, walking distance to Pennant Hills Station. Also few Restaurants and Cafes in close walking proximity.

The internet was for one extremely slow, and also would not allow connections to my corporate VPN (public company) which hindered my stay. Requested a twin bed room as i was staying with my son, but they gave a room with a single queen /king bed.
Need to go to the reception everyday to exchange used towels. For a serviced hotel charging 4* charges should offer better service.
