Dear,Managent In charge I can say that Iam quite a regular in city central and Iam writing due to my unpleasant stay and treatment from 1 of your staff I eloberate a small build Chinese lady with a stuck up and rude outlook and respond to guest frankly let me give the management my point of view if this lady don't know how to respect guest and smile I guess she don't belong to the Service Industry.And I believe the management are not on the ground to see this problem so as a guest I pay and not staying city central for free so I demand a small respect from your hotel staff as Iam a guest .But for the pass few days this small build Chinese lady wearing city central uniform really piss me off as if she owns the hotel ,higher management please look into the matters as if this staff keep on having her attitude problem towards guest she can spoilt city central good names from the outlook of a guests perception.Management should take note about this matters seriously before the situation get Bad for your hotel outlook and please send her for a hotel course so she can learn to respect guests in future . Clean rooms. Close to nagoya hill shopping mall. food courts and money changers around the place. 10 mts walkable to the nagoya shopping mall. No safety box inside the room. However I believe the safety box is at the reception. Free breakfast is available. Food was ok.
Stayed for one night while my Nagoya trip found worth staying there due to ambiance and room service, food was also having lots of varieties to choose and enjoy in the morning and evening. Recommend can be explored
Good and clean budget hotel with fantastic service, well priced at USD20 with free breakfast. I can't ask for more than that . Very good location, food, money changers and shopping are within waking distance. No bar fridge and hairdryer provide.
