Hotel looks new and modern on the outside but the room looks old and doesn't have window . Breakfast was okay to us as we are not breakfast person . The tv have limited channel . Overall the stafsf was friendly and the hotel driver was kind enough to drive us out to nagoya at the affordable price . We couldn't complaint more . 2 thumbs up for the customer service .

Stayed with family of 6 on 27-28 December 2014 as a last minute getaway. No other hotels were available. Booked via booking.com and was quote as Rp777,000 but during check out was asked to pay Rp832,000 instead. Location is nowhere near shops, malls, other houses etc. Rooms were small and no windows. Hot kettle was mouldy but staff changed promptly.Room lights were flickering at times, bed linen has blood stain, beds suspect got bugs or dusty as itchy when lie down. Poor soundproof. Basic breakfast of fried rice and fried bee hoon. Staff were friendly and nice tho.

I went with my wife and my other two best friends in Aug 2013. The hotel was under going renovation on some parts. The lift is very small, can only manage to fit 4-5 people depending on your side. We went during the hari raya haji period, the staff speaks very limited English. The security then help us to get a taxi, saying its his friend. We waited at the lobby while the taxi driver already was there and smoking and we didn't even know that he's the taxi we are supposed to take. Its only after 10 -15 mins then the security guy said he's our taxi guy. *** if you want to get a taxi either book the hotel's own vehicle and ask for a English speaking driver or if not try to get one yourself... the taxi driver we had was a NIGHTMARE FROM HELL!! He brought us around and claimed that Nagoya hill shopping is close due to holiday when its not! When we go for lunch he sat on the same table as us and expect me to pay his share. When we went to the super market he even wants me to buy a beer for him! Seriously I was already very pissed.... Worst experience ever! Only the next day while at the lobby we meet a Chinese guy whom we later got to know he is the owner of the hotel and he managed to get us a better driver. REMEMBER DO NOT LET THE STAFFS OR SECURITY to get taxi driver for you whom they claimed they know and is their friend... you'll get rip off. For the price I may consider going back but I will never get the staff to help us to get a cab again. lesson learnt!

This is a very small hotel off the main road hence making taxi driver spending some time looking for it. The staffs there speak very limited English but complemented by their great service in terms of willingness to help and hospitality shown. Rooms was small yet clean and the corridor was quite dim at night. Room service was surprisingly 24 hours but my gf and I didn't try it as we believe the food outside will be better since we are in BATAM! Rent a scooter from there although it was quite expensive. Nagoya hills shopping centre is only 5 minutes drive away and there are also a couple of shopping centres around. Food stalls can be found within walking distance from hotel or yet another 5 minutes drive away. Overall, this hotel provide decent and clean room for a short stopover and nothing luxurious. Will definitely return for its great location. * The hotel provide taxi services for a fair amount.
