the room is excellent for the money you pay but the location is a bit far from the main road. In fact, when I took a taxi from the ferry terminal (batam center), the driver had to ask others to get directions to the hotel. the breakfast is tasty but the choice is quite limited.

Hotel do not have many facilities, a very bare reception desk, and a basic restaurant. It do have a spa in it too, but no swimming pool. The staff are...

Yes it is pretty near the Nagoya Hill, although the walk wasn't pleasant. My friends hate crossing the busy roads due to the overwhelming traffic but hey, that's not the hotel's fault so I shall not dwell on that. Alright so back to the hotel. When we arrived, the staff was very polite and pleasant. The bedsheets and towels have...

We stayed one night having booked online via credit card. Don't expect much from bringing in your own luggage from the taxi to being told that your room rate will be billed in Rupiah rather than the online rate you had purchased this at. The exchange rate used is 10% higher than what is offered by banks and money changers....
