This is a budget hotel... newly renovated few months back. Locationwise is good, near to harbor bay (reachable by walking distance) but difficult to find as it goes deep inside shophouse complex. Room is clean. A bit stain in the bedsheet but its okay actually. I dont feel itchy after spending a night. You have 40 inch led tv with varous channel. Hot water is great as well. No concern. Downside is that at night there is a pub neraby with very loud music. Suggest to choose room without window. Overall is ok

Price wise it's a decent value hotel, and clean, well maintained inside. Courteous staff, but speaking bad English. But the good things end there. Firstly the location of this hotel is horrible. It's a very shady place, to say the least. Every taxi driver asked us, why did we book a hotel at this place? And at the night we knew what they meant. The locality is full of drunkards and cheap bars, and cheaper dance-bars, with blaring loud music playing till late night, that would not let u sleep inside the rooms in the hotel. The A/C fitted was too old and difficult to control with the remote as well. Also, the only thing close to this place was Harbour Bay, which is also kind of dirty and not as good as expected. Moreover, it's next to impossible to get a call taxi to the hotel. In fact even the hotel receptionist wasn't able to get us a taxi when we were checking out. We had to walk half a km lifting our heavy bag till the main-road, to get a taxi/bus for ourselves.
