We stayed in this hotel for maybe the 4th time. It is nice situated helf way home, or half way The Provence. Dont expect luxery but your room is clean, the bathroom has everything you need, the village is quiet, so what do you want more?? The restaurant, 150m from the hotel is a nice village restaurant, there are 1000...

Its a pretty little village and the hotel looks nice from the outside. Our room was very basic with 2 very small singles almost on the ground. Very uncomfortable. Didnt get the good nights sleep I needed before a long drive. The shower room was nice. Otherwise its OK We didnt eat in the restaurant down the road

This hotel is very well situated for an overnight stop on the long drive from the south of France back to the UK. It is personable - not a chain - in a small and pretty village, very easily accessible from the motorway just north of Dijon. There is a very decent restaurant, under the same ownership, 100 yards down...

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Langres, Dijon, or just night stopping on the way to southern France. The rooms are bright, airy, clean, a little basic but good value for money. The restaurant attached to the hotel is absolutely brilliant. This was my fifth stop and I will stay again.

This was just an overnight stop but the hotel rooms are unfussy and nice and bright. We ended up in the one adapted for the "disabled" so had a very spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Comfortable beds, at least for me, and good hot water which arrived promptly. We noticed a stair lift, so although on the first floor,...

Very friendly family run hotel and restaurant. Large, spotlessly clean although fairly basic rooms. They also have family rooms which are sometimes hard to come by. Situated in a small village next to the church whose bells start chiming at 7.00am - a good wake up call. We eat in the hotel's associated restaurant, Aux Trois Provinces, which is just...

Stayed here with my family. A real decent and friendly reception. The room: good restroom, good bathroom but ...... the beds are really a disaster. We all slepped only 3 hours and ultimately we were wakened by the churchbells just against the hotel at 07.00. Breakfast was French, very moderate. There is a restaurant connected to this hotel (100 meter...

A simple but comfortable hotel set in a lovely village. Staff are welcoming and rooms are reasonably priced and adequate. Breakfast was good, although it was a pity that coffee, as has become so fashionable was dispensed from a machine. It simply doesn't taste the same! We had dinner at the linked Restaurant Les Trois Provinces. The standard was very...

A very good meal indeed, perfectly prepared, attentive pleasant staff, a varied wine list. The hotel is basic, but spotlessly clean and peaceful. Pleasant and tasty breakfast too. Try the souris d'agneau, and the rhubarb and apple tart with rum and raisin ice cream... We shall try to stop here again in the future

As we are driving several times a year from our home in the Provence to our business activities in belgium, we prefer to make a night stop over approximately half way. This time we got off the highway and took the route Dijon-Langres and saw a hotel ( Hotel La Vauxois ) on D974. We stopped an d booked a...
