A truly stunning house in the most perfect location. Nestled in the heart of wine country with unspoilt views - we rested, relaxed and unwound. Beautiful interiors, immaculate kitchen great fun to cook in! Pool area is gorgeous - ideal for a cooling dip. Lots of lovely seating areas and terraces. A great selection of books and games to keep...

If you’re into being pampered, this is the place for you. The villa has only three bedrooms so you get a lot of personal attention from the owners, Sally and Peter. It’s an all-inclusive stay: room, food, drink, and tours. The rooms have views of the neighboring vineyard and the swimming pool. Peter is the chef and you get three...

The owners, Peter and Sally Shaw were fantastic hosts. The accommodations were relaxing and the view breath taking. Peter's meals were out of this world. The best food ever. Peter was very knowledgeable about the food and wine served.

This was one of the best vacations we've ever had. Peter & Sally are incredible hosts and made our stay amazing. The food, the wine, the scenery is just spectacular. Highly recommend this to anyone. Great for couples, groups of friends or adult families. Peter is a master chef so have meals there if you can. You will love it!

We were lucky to spend three wonderful nights at Domaine La Veronique. Nestled amongst the vines 20 minutes from Beziers, this charming gourmet retreat is the perfect place if you want peace, quiet - and fantastic food, cheese and wine. English born hosts Sally and Peter spent three years renovating the farmhouse and it now has comfortable guest rooms each...

It is a wonderful quiet place. The hosts - Peter and Sally - are very nice warm-hearted people, you just feel at home. The whole place is very well kept and nicely furnished. When you sit outside in the garden looking over the wine yards, you never want to leave. Peter is a fantastic cook, he makes (better:creates) unforgettable dinners....

Wonderful visit at Domaine La Veronique. We had met Sally and Peter some years before on a barge trip, and delightful to renew our friendship. Peter's creative and healthy food, and his wine selections, were amazing. Great fun to visit the covered market in Narbonne with them, and then lunch on the salt flats. Sally arranged interesting day trips -...

Our second visit to this beautiful peaceful paradise, Sally and Peter are just amazing hosts and we have developed a wonderful friendship. We had the full package breakfast lunch and evening meal and superb wine, Peters food is delicious and never disappoints. We thought our first visit was wonderful but our second visit was even better. One of our favourite...

We chose Domaine La Veronique as a "stopover" on our trip to the Canal du Midi. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Situated overlooking the vineyards of Languedoc, the small, quaint hotel was an idyllic spot to savor perfect meals and relax with our hosts, Peter and Sally. Peter was the chef and Sally...

Visited Peter and Sally at Domaine La Veronique with friends for a cookery course and really didn't know what to expect. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed to their beautiful home and more importantly, made to feel completely at home. The cooking course was excellent catering for a range of levels, running at our pace and the menu...
