Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We spent 3 nights at the caravan site. The place is as already mentioned without trees, therefore no shade, yet a nice place. The sanitary facilities are modern, large and clean. The washing machines (with hot water) and dryers for 4 dollars, are very fair prices. Our pitch was good and we had ample space. Clear recommendation from us. The beach and the sea indescribably great, great. We had a good time there.

We just spent 8 nights at Seaspray Caravan Park over New Year, and it was fantastic. From our friendly greeting the minute we arrived to check in, to the locals at the S.L.S.C. We loved every bit of our stay at this park. The powered sites are HUGE, the amenities look near new and are serviced daily and kept at a great standard of cleanliness, with swipe cards needed to access as a safety measure, the grounds are maintained beautifully, very family friendly, respectful behaviour by all, and the lovely young girl who worked behind the very popular icy pole and lolly desk was sunshine in human form.
We loved the beach, which is as promised, a stones throw away. Dinner at the SLSC was delicious, as was the food truck, and the pump bike track was definitely a hit with the kids. All in all 5 stars, would and have been recommending to everybody. We will be back.

We recently drove to Seaspray to visit family who were staying at the caravan park there.
We were very impressed from the moment we drove in and called at the office to let them know we were visiting.
The lady was very friendly , gave us a map of the park , showed us where to go and a pass key to go through the barrier.
We enjoyed lunch at the van then had a look around, very close access to the fantastic 90 mile beach.
The toilet/ bathroom facilities are great, very clean , neat and tidy, a very pleasant fresh odour greets you as you enter, there are two of these facilities at the park as well as another great building that houses a kitchen and living area, fantastic if your camping or prefer not to cook in your van.
The park looks very well maintained . There are a lot of fully serviced sites
It would be a pleasure to stay here .

This is a very nice camping spot, right on the beach and within walking distance of the Surf Life Saving club and local general store which serves lovely fish and chips. Staff at the camp ground are friendly and helpful and facilities are clean and reliable. With no trees it can be quite windy but this is only a minor thing considering the positives. Sites are also nice and big
For larger buys than you can get at the local store, Sale is only 30 minutes away

I had never been to this part of the 90 Mile beach but I'm glad I came. I had a powered site for three nights and found the park to have excellent clean amenities and very friendly staff with caravan sites that are flat and were dry and well grassed when I visited. The beach is a short walk and in November was virtually deserted even though it will get busy come the warmer months. The local area is clean and well kept.
Well worth a stay.

Stayed at the local caravan park for the local surf carnival, huge grassy sites, and clean bathrooms with plenty of hot water what more can you ask for after a surf carnival.
Friendly staff that help our group over the weekend for the carnival got us all grouped together.
Short walk to club and beach, great weekend of fun.

We chose to stay here after a quick review of the wider area and the thoughts that: people were staying away from the area due to the East Gippsland fires
it was under 2hrs from home
close to the beach
We arrived to receive a pleasant greeting from the office lady, a fairly empty park (we arrived on a Thursday afternoon) which was great.
A few more people arrived on Friday and again on Saturday when we left for home.
We enjoyed the quiet (except for the wind from the storms), the closeness to the beach, the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the amenities, the great camp kitchen/TV room.
Will stay here again.

We just had our first lockdown shakedown trip to Seaspray and stayed at this park - and it was fabulous!
The flat roads of the park are perfect for kids to bike ride safely and it's very close to the beach to walk or ride down as well.
We had a fabulous site (182), which was right opposite the park and jumping pillow and the amenities block. The sites are massive so we had a plenty of space to spread our stuff and park the car.
Unfortunately we didn't bring a fire pit but this park does allow them from March- November which will be good to know for next time. ♨️
Kim was super friendly and helpful on arrival and ensured we had a wonderful stay for 3 nights.
We will definitely be back soon!
Thank you so much 🙏🚐⛺

Such a beautiful maintained caravan park. Clean facilities, seem almost brand new, grassy spot which we love and right on the beach! This did not disappoint, so clean and friendly staff! Also 2 min walk to a pump teach which the kids loved! Would definitely return and highly recommend! Also brought our dog and that was epic!!

LOVE IT! Awesome, huge park with huge sites. We are backed onto the ocean…will be lovely falling asleep to the waves crashing against the shore tonight. Easy check in, lovely staff member in reception. I’m so happy we’re here, feels so relaxing.

Room Tip: No local supermarket so stock up before you go. They do have a good general store and takeaway...

Seaspray Caravan Park asked a question Jan 2015
Seaspray, Australia2 contributions
On the front door of our office is a little saying. “Respect those around you, enjoy your stay” The responsibility of ensuring a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment is part of our management role; to this end we put in place this year measures to stem the “Traditional” Australia Day weekend misbehaviour. To no avail! Some of our paying guests, though at times loud, misguided and in some cases downright annoying, respected the park rules and generally speaking those around them. No one was “evicted” or lost their bond, as on departure the sites were left reasonably clean and tidy. With a few little hiccups along the way. A warm thank you, to those that showed respect to those around them and more importantly themselves. Saying that, the “Random” individuals who en masse, trespassed onto our land ripped through our fencing and with total disrespect and offensive language desecrated our park for the sheer fun of it, caused immeasurable damage to our family friendly reputation. It is unfortunate that our valued and welcomed guests were subjected to this crass and undignified behaviour, so disappointing that a minority of immature individuals can cause so much angst, and basically destroy a peaceful, tranquil seaside haven. It must be stopped, it has to be seen as unacceptable, not laughed off as: Tradition”. Our belief and passion for Seaspray and our Caravan Park in particular, the respect we have for our guests, and the ability to Live, Love, Laugh, will not tolerate the disrespectful attitude of those that have no respect for themselves- let alone others. We at Seaspray Caravan Park say no more, not in our park or in our town.
