a very modest hotel. At 950 per night, you get the essentials: shower (surprisingly with hot and cold water), a small bed, airconditioner, towels, soap. The people are very nice though :) Their Sinigang Mixed Seafoods is yummy!

Good location, right at the center of the city. Just a walking distance from the market and local food shops. But don't expect much on the facilities. Room is very basic, beddings are clean but are NOT fitted on the mattress. Bathroom is too small, dirty and not well maintained.

It was over-priced for PHP 850.00. The room was filthy and dusty. The television set was ancient. Bathroom fixtures old and in disrepair. Limited menu and slow service at the restaurant. Staff are conversant in English. No WIFI in the Rom except for lobby and restaurant. Poor service.
