A great hotel with a nice relaxing atmosphere. Good massage with a good pool and gym. A 5 minute drive from the koosai market open 7 days a week there is a local restaurant and bar with very good Thai and European food and drinks. Longest serving owners in the area. Child friendly.

Glad to see it much improved since my last visit. I am a gym member and the pool is as clean as any 5 star hotel. They are working hard to promote its many amenities. Try the seafood buffet on the weekends, great value. They also have a fantastic petting zoo and the hotel serves as the largest convention center.

I have been driving through this town for 25 years and this is the first time have stopped. This is a large hotel with a massive car park. It is rather strange to find such a large hotel in somewhere like Chumpae. We stayed in a suite which wasn't quite a suite but a large room with central furniture. However...

We have stayed here a couple times over the years since they opened about 7-8 years ago. Technically it has the facilities to be rated as a 4 star resort but the rooms fall a little short on interior design and it has aged a bit. But in spite of that, at the rates they charge it's the kind of...

It is low season in Thailand. This year it is a very very quiet low season. On my flight into the country only about 30% of seats taken - direct flight from London. Thai tourism is not what it used to be This time at the Major Grand I have taken a deluxe room - which is a lot nicer...

I stayed only one night here as a stopover and am happy that I did. Although the hotel looks amazing from the outside and in the reception area the rooms are very basic and the bed was the hardest I have ever slept on. Rooms were devoid of decoration. Bathroom was very very small. Breakfast was limited in choice and...

Check in, a bit frosty, same as in my previous visits. Rooms ok, toilet very small. WIFI worked. Breakfast ok, with a small menue card with some options to choose from. A positiv, was until now, the big swimming pool, but as I arrived on a Sunday, late afternoon with my children, I had to realize, that the pool water...

Having spent six years using this facility I have never been so disappointed with this property , The swimming pool has never been so poorly maintained. I refuse to swim in it as you can hardly see the bottom. It's looking more like a swamp. There fitness staff is very mean and shows no respect towards the farang crowd. He...

The hotel is a little off the main road but is new and has a pool and gym . Good breakfast and good rooms but the restaurant was not open in the evening we went there so we went to a steak house on the same road.
