I stayed there for 3 nights. To start with I really like the reception and general area of the hotel. They had a lot of big shady trees and they had nice open area with tables that you can sit down with friends and chill. The reception was also well stocked with complimentary coffee and lots of snacks and microwaveable food available. Strange thought that complimentary tea was not available.

Moving to the room, the bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable and good quality. I expected mediocre bed and pillows but I slept very well and was rested. The shower water pressure was good and hot. Basic amenities like shower gel, shampoo and shower cap was available. I also liked the fact that the fridge was a good medium size fridge (not one of those tiny mini bars) I could keep my fruits and other things inside. Only thing that I felt could be improved was the housekeeping which is only done once in two days. I would have preferred that they emptied out the rubbish bins and make up the bed everyday.

I also tried their breakfast omelette set and it was good value too. It came with a glass of orange juice, yoghurt, Coffee or ovaltine (3in1), two pieces of toast and a plate of fruits (I had lychee, rambutans, pineapple and pear)

It was a great overall experience apart from some renovations though it didn't comprise the quality of sleep at night. Great location if you need to be near the Impact Arena, Exhibition and Convention Centre and Don Mueang International Airport.

Booked in for one night. Well located for the Impact Stadium.Great value in its price range. The rooms are basic spotlessly clean. We were checked in buy a lovely girl with her sleeping child deside her. So we all had to whisper!!!.. but it had really nice feel to it. The small reception area also sells beer and snacks and ice cream. The room had everything you need. Satalite flat screen TV hair dryer and shower gel and shampoo. The towels were good quality and fresh and all for 1000bhts (£20) We were not booked in for breakfast, so can't comment. Great budget hotel. One down side, the Internet speed was very slow. Apart from that, a good experience..

We stayed 3 nights mainly for good location close to government offices. Lovely rooms with the best bed of any hotel, but too big pillows! (I always bring my own small one) Big fridge, microwave, free coffee and a separate sitting room with TV. Next door is a new outdoor restaurant (Hidden Backyard?) excellent fusion food at reasonable prices - try their sangria! Good breakfast to order sitting on your own peaceful balcony - I would come back here any time! Also a couple tiny thai "family" shops close by. This place is far away from any nightlife so you are on your own..... no ploplem!

If you are looking for the place close to government complex or consulates there are more places closer and better .The place was nice but staff unhelpful, terrible WiFi. This place not included breakfast it’s 100 per one.In their description had bicycles use for free but it wasn’t true.

there are hotels where you read reviews and book and the experience turn out to be the opposite. This hotel is one of the very pleasant opposites. whatever you would read about in the reviews or the professional photographs of the room, this hotel turns out to be much better.Very comfortable rooms, great staff close to DMK airport. Highly recommended !!

Charging 500 baht/night for a pet is wayyyyy too much. Good breakfast. Attached restaurant has many evening functions with loud music and singing. Rooms stink like sewage, like many places in Thailand.

There were some renovations going on at front of the hotel which was not noisy, just saying. Looked like reception / dining area. It was close to completion when we stayed. The room was comfortable and the bathroom OK, no complaints. Breakfast OK. When we ordered a taxi in the morning it took about 20 minutes to arrive - all the other guests were booking taxis at the same time. There is little to see around, so its really a night close to the airport.

Very nice place. Good room and decent bathroom. Eggs, sausages, toast, coffee, teas, juice, fruits, cereals for breakfast.
To make it better the TV'S could have some international channels on. Sport etc.
But all and all a really nice stay tranquil place. Also close to the old airport for our flight out to Phuket.
Would definitely stay here again.

Good budget hotel. Rooms was clean, with basic necessities. Place was quite a distance from city area, probably about 45 minutes, taking the highway. Stayed here, as it was near to Impact Area to watch a concert. Place was quiet and makes you feel closer to the nature. Owner was friendly, and customer oriented.

Hard bed, unclean room, and very bad smell in the bathroom which feeds into the bedroom. We all woke up with bug bites. Staff struggled to get a taxi for us.. Additional stress for trying to make a flight.
