The first thing our daughter said was how beautiful the hotel smelt! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the food at the Prego restaurant is amazing especially the Massaman Lasagne and the Spaghetti Tom Yum Koong. Can't wait to go back!!

1.If you are a family of less ten members book for a connecting room. 2.Bathroom was exquisite. 3.Breakfast was superb! 4.Swimming pool is such an ideal place to unwind and relax a bit after sauna or steamer. 5.Friendly thai staff. Accommodating. Some of them really tries to speak english language. 6.Will recommend this hotel for family and groups.

Superb experience. Clean, non-smoking, good water pressure, great shower head height. Tastefully modern furniture/furnishings. Spacious and conveniently designed rooms. Curtains that actually stop the light coming in. Brilliant! Very nice pool: two negative comments, slightly dark being indoors, dark tiles and low lighting. The tiles surrounding the pool and into the change rooms are slippery when wet: seems a poor...

Attended a fair at Challenger Hall, and this was the perfect location. There was no need to take on the heat outside as there is a walkway between the hotel and Challenger Halls. The hotel had everything you could need; restaurants, gym with swimming pool, fast wi-fi as well as a fully equipped business centre. Check in and check out...

As always in Bangkok, the friendliness and hospitality of the service industry is top-notch and Impact is not an exception. Very fast check in and check out. Awesome room and incredible bathroom. My only problem was the long wait for room service, more than an hour but understandable because the Guns N Roses concert just finished. Nonetheless, recommendable and will...

We stayed for one night over the Guns & Rose's concert, walking distance to the concert. We had great service over the different restaurants & bar and absolutely outstanding service at the Premier Lounge. I would definitely recommend going the extra mile and book a Premier Room. The Happy hour at the lounge was great with all kind of aperitif...
