Lovely position with great country views. Great to see ducks, geese and chickens being let out in the morning. Pretty garden with large pond. Room large with separate large bathroom in a separate little apartment type room . Breakfast lovely. We were made to feel very special and nothing too much trouble. Very friendly hosts. Planes not heard in room...

We stayed here for four nights and enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room and room en suite bathroom, overlooking fields and the farmyard, with cattle and sheep, horses, chickens, ducks, geese... so rural and peaceful. Yes, jets heading for Gatwick cruised overhead, but they were not obtrusive, and certainly did not disturb sleep or conversations. The full English breakfast, which...

We spent 6 nights at Field Farm B&B, staying in the large bedroom with a spacious en-suite bathroom. The room was large and the bed really comfortable. Delaine was a delightful host, with nothing too much trouble for her. Breakfasts were excellent with cereals, fresh fruit and yogurt and cooked breakfast. The farm is a working sheep and cattle farm,...

Our host, Delaine, was so lovely. I emailed her a couple of times before our arrival informing her that we were going to be staying Friday-Sunday as we were staying in the area for a wedding. But she was kind enough to let us know that it would be okay if we were going to be arriving late. Luckily we...

I cannot recommend Field Farm B&B more! We stayed here for a long weekend whilst visiting friends and we can't wait to return. The owners are absolutely lovely and so helpful! They know the area so well and recommended places for us to visit. The breakfasts were delicious and our room was lovely with a great view! It's a real...

A first rate bed and breakfast which offers excellent value for money set in a quiet rural area, yet a few minutes drive from Cranleigh. The bedroom was large, well equipped and comfortable, while there was a separate bathroom with full facilities. The breakfast was very good and our hostess could not have been more helpful. We would recommend Field...

The room was spacious, with wonderful views over farmland, well decorated and spotless without being 'boutiquey' (which would not have floated my boat). The double bed was so comfy, firm, and with soft pillows and bedding - and thoughtfully there were also heated blankets available. The ensuite bathroom was across a small hallway (making this a private suite) and also...

Arrived at a different time to our check-in time as we had been travelling a long way. The owner was at work, but when I text her to say we had arrived she rushed home to greet us. Even thou she was in a rush, she provided us with a lovely afternoon tea, made sure we were comfortable and happy,...

One night stay in the area and a really nice B & B to stay at. Welcoming and friendly owner, really nice double room with large en suite. Picturesque view of the farm and fields whilst enjoying breakfast. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Where to start? We drove up the farm track to a beautiful house with beautiful views across rolling fields. The room itself was lovely, huge and had everything we could have asked for, including a little jar of chocolate snack bars with the tea and coffee making facilities, as well as 2 wine glasses and a bottle opener should we...
