Stayed here in room 47 last weekend with my fiancée, was very nice despite the weather. Room was big, bed was comfy and restaurant and bar was good too. We both enjoyed it and would go back which is lucky as we only live 30 mins away. All staff seemed nice and family and it was busy with both locals...

Stayed at Guys Thatched Hamlet for my birthday on 13.03.17. We stayed in a room with a spa bath and an open plan design. The room was big and spacious and over looked the cricket green. It was very comfortable and well decorated. We had a meal booked in the Italian which was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and...

When we first arrived late at night we went inside to check in, the staff couldn't of been more helpful. We came on two motorbikes which we didn't want to leave in the car park, as we couldn't see the bikes from our room and we worried the bikes could sink on the soft ground. Charlotte, the receptionist came out...

Do not attend this over rated hotel, stop at the travel inn across the road. Room was poorly decorated, don't in wall scratches on head board, and to say the walls are thin is an understatement...we headed everything next door at 1am in the morning.

The room was dingy, grubby and featured many interesting stains on the walls and soft furnishings. We were only staying for the one night and thank God for that. In the evening we ventured into the onsite Italian restaurant...the staff were as rude as those who checked us in. They tried to tell my partner that his grey-looking steak was...

We booked to go for our daughter in laws birthday ... it was really really disappointing , we chose to go there on our recommendation as we have been before and it's always been fine but this time unfortunately not , the pizzas were doughy and the base was unusually thick, my lasagne was dry and almost inedible and they...

Prebooked 5 rooms in 2015 for August 2016. Was offered the original booking price held untill August. We had a party of 9 arriving from France,Autralia, London, Manchester and Preston for a 3 day family reunion. Everyone enjoyed them selves and the food. I was not surprised as I have stayed there often over the years.
